Old-fashioned hotel. Reception virtually non-existent. Old rooms with low-quality furniture. Tiny bathroom with water without compressors. Dinner menu (i.e. standard pasta and chicken velvet). Surely too much star, perhaps gifted for the pool (not used) Accommodation to forget. Too high prices...even in August (120 euro in double)...

Forget about it.

During the last week of July, a very well-kept and typical mountain-style environment, relaxing and family friendly atmosphere, young, attentive and kind staff under the supervision of Eligio and Valentino, comfortable and clean room, unfortunately no elevator for loading and unloading bails, increased attention between the needs of holidaymakers and pool runners, in fact, the hours of use of the pool were often improbable, even at 6.30 in the morning.

We came to this hotel for a weekend the structure is a little dated and the rooms very minimal the staff is kind, available and cozy room clean enough I'd leave an extra kitchen in the room being thin those present the bed is comfortable bathroom small but functional breakfast with sweet and salty with even homemade cakes overall for a weekend goes more than well especially for the price is what it offers

For a weekend, that's fine.

Staying with my husband and daughter in this hotel, (7km from Auronzo) I found a very clean room and friendly and family atmosphere, the boys always available for anything. In my opinion there is no real reception. The hotel has two swimming pools, one covered and the other not, which are available to customers, but it must be taken into account that, at least in the afternoon as I could note, swimming lessons are held and so the pool is crowded because it is also for municipal use.

On our way to Cadore, we discovered the excellent breakfast of the sports cafeteria. Very well-kept and typical mountain-style atmosphere, relaxing and family-friendly atmosphere. Great homemade sweets. I wish I could have served them all! I took a fishing brioche. Light, low-sugar and full of fresh fruit pieces. A delight. Attentive and kind staff. To repeat next year!

Pleasant surprise!

The owners are very kind and very handy. The structure is typically Montana and the breakfast desserts were made at home. So far everything was as I expected... and here we come to the positive note (because when you want it, you want it): their passion for hospitality and customer care has impressed me a lot because in a difficult time, like the one created by Covid, it's even more a merit to stay on the piece and always present yourself with a smile despite everything!

We were very good.

The hotel has opened only the dependance, which does not provide the same services as the hotel. Breakfast, not presenting a buffet for the above reasons, is very scary. The products, which would be of high quality, are not (if the brioches are vegan, they should not necessarily be completely tasteless, as well as the biscuits - inedible). We have breakfast again at the bar in the country. The pool is not reserved for the same services as the hotel.

Declared service but not present - we're not here!

We have been to the Dolomites for the second time, but for the first time from the Belunese side. The place is wonderful, you can take walks in the woods but also go to the mountains, even if you have to travel a few kilometers by car.

I would like to emphasize that the vote is given to the structure and services in general, which are not of the category of three-star hotel, but from my point of view two-star; without elevator, without a hall (you go directly to the bar and dining room), non-existent Wi-Fi, common parking to share with the outdoor users of the pool (two swimming pools, heated, an outdoor pool and a rooftop, are certainly the strength point, which had made me propose for this hotel); strengths: 1) room staff and cleaning staff, very kind and available (hotel and clean rooms) 2) how to visit the Three Long Cimes of Lavarone, Saparone, in general Cadnia and the nearby Carpedo 3) the good kitchen, in a limited point the carpet Sicurado, the staff of this hotel with a few rooms and rooftops, 3+ rooms, and 5+ rooms, the hotel with a standard staff of this hotel, 3+ rooms and a rooftop, 5+ rooms.

Fresh or chilled

Unfortunately, due to the lack of overnight staff, I risked losing my mother who, slipping into her room (3 ribs broken) towards the front door, despite banging on the wall with her cane, only spaced the neighbors who thought after a long time that there was no Rave but that they were getting into trouble. Unfortunately they didn't find anyone at the door and they stayed up until 7am, the time the first employee arrived...sin...
