Ground floor flat is clean and spacious. 
Silvio is very organised and professional so you feel welcome and relaxed. Fridge is stocked on your arrival with the basic but there's also  delicious local cakes to surprise you. Outside garden included allowing you to eat al fresco. Excellent experience!

Long weekend

Spent two nights here fantastic views lovely house great spot.with a car easy drive into Tirano to catch the Berinina express, would happily stay again 
The recommendation for dinner were great particularly Osteria Roncaiola spectacular veiw

Fantastic B&B loved our stay

Spent two nights here in July whilst on a tour of the alps.
Absolutely first class accomodation for the price. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
Very nice owners who go out of the way to make your stay enjoyable.

Beautiful place, standard is very high Silvio and the family are wonderful people so helpful, the views are amazing, blue skies and the mountains, want to go back now, so peaceful. Supermarket 2miles away and places to eat. We want to keep in touch with them, special people. Blessings Thank you

Wonderful 6 Days

Very nice place to saty longer than one night. I would recomend this place to anyone. Very short way to Tirano to Bernina express. Location is perfect... surroundings are wonderful

Very very pleasant stay in B&B

We stayed in this b&b on the occasion of Sapori d'autunno festival in october 2011. 
The b&b is just a few minutes by car from Tirano which is also the main village and where the Bernina train leaves for Saint Moritz, which was our destination for the weekend.
The b&b is located among a little group of houses at the foot of the mountain, you can easilyu reach it by car and it's really a stone's throw away from the town.
It is an indipendent house with 3 diferent bedrooms, one with a double bed on an intermediate floor facing the open space.
The place is really warm and tidy, modern furniture so it doesn't really look like a mountain cabin.
There is also a garden and a couple of tables outside to relax with the wiev.
Other amenities include the kitchen and a washing machine, everything really comfortable especially if you're staying fore a few days.
Real thumbs up for the very goodbreakfast which included also an homemade biologic cake made by Cinzia with all local ingredients, and it was spectacular!
Silvio and Cinzia, then, are really kind and welcoming, they will certainly help you with tips and suggestions on what you can do and where to eat.
I would definately reccomend this place, just consider you will need to have a car since it is not in the center of Tirano.
