I arrive on 09/12/22,Stanza superior.The structure is very dated,the furniture is very tastefully painted and well matched,it is old and tarred.In the bathroom the absence of the bidet is unacceptable and the shower that alternates cold and hot water drops was the cherry on the cake.In addition, I did not like having to prepare breakfast alone with moka and pencil.Leaving a negative comment is not pleasant even for those who write it but for this stay I used a 100€ gift box (one thousand and one night of magic) to which I had to add 30€ for my daughter's bed.For a figure like this the kindness of the owner and the unquestionable cleaning, do not compensate for the standard service report.Smart Box price should guarantee an accurate quality of service.

Kindness and hospitality are not enough

Very cozy B&B, carefully renovated, very nice and very clean room, strategic location to reach and visit the wonderful towns of Tuscia.

The B&B is exceptional.

Just a word of praise: delicious country, a homey structure... guaranteed tranquility, cleanliness, breakfast, hospitality and the availability of the manager at high levels.

Two steps from the centre of Villa San Giovanni this bed and breakfast offers an excellent reduced price room with breakfast included in the kitchen shared with the other rooms.

We were very well received as friends we found the maximum availability x come to meet our needs having a baby d 4 months Nice and cozy room, there is a boiler and various bags of tea and chamomile (very appreciated).., but the real chick was the possibility of accessing the kitchen at any time genuine breakfast were left at the disposal of the guests cakes, marmalades, juices, milk coffee (to make with coffee maker like at home😊) If you just want to find a sin, I would say the absence of the bidet, but in the face of strong points, x a day you can do and make a doc much less

It's a small town in Tuscia in a strategic location, very cozy furnishings that reminded me of my grandmother's house, from the bedroom to the kitchen, a very comfortable bed, breakfast with local baked candy and homemade jams.

A spacious room, very quiet and cozy, clean environment and maximum availability by Massimiliano, near Viterbo and the spa de Papi, for a stay without chaos and stress, it's the ideal place.

Hospital

cleanliness, hospitality and tranquility, three words are enough to describe the atmosphere of a house and a country fortunately still out of time.

Relaxing

We stayed for 2 nights, called and booked via Smartbox. For those who want to relax it is the ideal place, recently renovated and tasteful house, spotless bed, clean bathroom... very welcoming. Mr. Massimiliano is available and kind. The area is full of spas, forests (excellent in the period of mushrooms), walks and beautiful places to visit even with a 3-year-old girl.

Eighth Stay, ideal place for relaxation

The b&b the fountain of grandmother Cecchina is a family-run structure on two floors, in the center of a wonderful, quiet and very well maintained medieval village that has about 1700 inhabitants. The prices of products in the commercial exercises of the country such as bars and restaurants are more than honest, as the rest often happens in small realities far from the big inhabited centers. The owner is a person available and at hand. He gave us excellent directions to eat and to go to the Terme. He was extremely patient in waiting for our arrival, complicating traffic and problems with the engine of the car, with well 5 hours to turn off at midnight.
