Spacious room and bathroom. Large terrace with table and two chairs. Great location for walking to the pedestrian area of Villasimius, but far enough away to not hear any noise at night. The hotel also has a real bar inside for cafes, breakfasts, etc. The furnishings and finishes are a bit dated.

We decided last to stay in Villasimius booking last minute the evening itself, so there was certainly little choice... The experience was not good at all: apart from the mosquito invasion at night (the next morning looking out we saw that underneath there was a container full of water, would they have been attracted to that?), but above all: in the bathroom the sink was clogged, the shower doors were broken so it was impossible not to wet in the ground without taking a shower, it was clean to the good and in the bathroom there was a roll of toilet paper already started and almost negative (which only for a matter of anti-Covid rules they would have had to make a new one in the ticket).

I wouldn't recommend it.

very good price, excellent position, easy to reach the downtown walking.
I recommend the car to reach the different beachers, I rent a car in the airport.
Rooms and breakfast are fine; easy car parking.

nice seaside holiday

We stayed only one night at the end of August in a triple. Simple, clean and comfortable hotel with a nice bathroom. Excellent quality/price ratio considering the rates of Villasimius. The centre can be reached on foot in a few minutes, is almost at the beginning of the pedestrian island.

Good hotel.

We stayed for a week for our holiday in Villasimius. Very simple but very comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable location, walking centre, free parking. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. Room refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning. The staff is very kind and always available, especially sasha.

We stayed overnight and had breakfast in a decent environment in a good location to go downtown to Villasimius.

The beaches can be reached by car, the centre of Villasimius is quite far from all the beaches, except Simius which if you want you can reach on foot, although it is a bit long (about 40 min)

It's a very nice place, but it's definitely two steps away from downtown but out of the chaos. Free parking. Quiet room. Excellent air conditioning. But it's really ugly, unstable and completely remodeled.

Just convenient.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in the first week of September and I must say that, despite the not very low price, we found ourselves really good. I'll list below the advantages and disadvantages: + kindness and hospitality: very kind and available staff, always ready to respond to any request or problem + after we left we realized we forgot an important document in the room, after a quick phone call the staff immediately moved to have us ship the package and, you hear me, they also charged the shipping cost (a crap you say, but I found this very gesture in place and nowadays) + clean bathroom, and the bathroom behind the bar, and the bathroom always clean, and the linen and asphalt leaves a few brious footprints + even the white sidewalks in the market every morning - you leave the hotel with a key to the center, but not to leave the parking lot, but to avoid a large parking lot, if you want to use a large parking lot, to avoid a large parking lot, but not to leave the hotel, to avoid a large parking lot, to avoid a large parking lot, to avoid a large
