Comfortable hotel with large, clean rooms with access to the pool and bar service. Gentle staff and available to meet any request. We were in the period of February and we also had dinner in the restaurant with paper fish menus remaining very satisfied. Gabriele managed to find us accommodation in the pool both for the evening of the 14th (swimming pool bracelet, music and fireworks) and for the day of February for a total relaxation on the pool despite not having booked (a very pleased attention and not discounted since everything was already booked!!!).

Very satisfactory stay

The hotel has two swimming pools with an umbrella room and a very well-maintained drawer and all the necessary amenities. As mentioned above, I am satisfied. One note, although I do not feel to rate it absolutely negatively is the non-communication at the reservation stage of the costs to be faced at the venue. For example, umbrella and swimming pool bed is paid separately, this should be communicated at the reservation stage as well as breakfast. The hotel offers the overnight with breakfast included but it is not specified that the breakfast is in the room with packaged products. For an Italian breakfast you were forced to go down to the bar. But this is not included in the price.

It's a place that I really like, it's been a couple of years that when I can go there very happily, it's close to Viterbo, it's quiet, and it feels like family, but it's not conceivable that the pool isn't treated as it should be for cleaning, the edge of the tub is getting yellower and browner, when it would be enough to spend the early morning with a sponge and watermelon to get it cleaned right away, when more than ten people enter the water, it gets cloudy, which means that the evening needs the flocculant to suck the morning and then routinely the usual maintenance with chlorine, but in the last two years nothing has changed.

We like the place, less attention to the pool cleaning.

Positive aspects: strategic location, suite size and staff gentleness. Negative aspects: disappointing breakfast, kitchen available only for an extra fee, absence of reception, vetous environment, sewer well at the entrance to the suite, non-exclusive parking, lack of soundproofing and thermal insulation, lack of blinds or balconies, public pool, not accessible for swimming after 7pm but for parties and events.

Highly below expectations

Dinner included in the disappointing package in composition and invoice:only one first and one second not accompanied by any outline nor much less followed by fruit or dessert.The first bad fish so much that it was sent back by everyone and promptly replaced by another.For 8 people(4 rooms) only 2 bottled water bottles,finished these offered fountain water,replaced after vigorous protest.In the flatbed area, heat was unbearable but, although included in the offer,the air conditioner could not be used!Only note the courtesy and availability of the staff,who,searched how they could cope with the failures of poor management

I'm not coming back.

Strategic location a few minutes from Viterbo, the spas and the beautiful villages of Tuscia including Vitorchiano and Bagnaia (Villa Lante), very kind and friendly staff, excellent kitchen at the restaurant.

A great solution in the heart of the Viterbese Tuscia

The definition of a resort is very different from the structure I'm reviewing. It means structure in an open space (and here we are), often with suites (the rooms are very large and clean in fact) and with services superior to hotels and here it's not exactly like that. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, even though the cooking corner is completely unusable, the water faucet is also closed. You probably had to pay to be able to make yourself a cup of hot tea. Breakfast is not included (and it's written at the time of booking) and so you can use the pool bar contented with what's at the time.

It's not a resort.

A very nice experience this stay from 12 to 16 August! Since for the booking, months before, we were followed very well by Mrs. Vera who was very thorough and precise in the information provided. Large, clean room. Very well kept swimming pools and supervised by bathers. Very friendly and kind staff at the bar. Mr. Gabriele and his wife are always at the top and super available for any information. Dinner at the restaurant is amazing: the quality of the food is excellent. Congratulations on the accuracy of the chef and his collaborators. We recommend visiting the beautiful Tuscia by choosing Le Onde Resort as a point of arrival. Bravi all!! We understand the sacrifice and hard work in this season especially to keep you up to date: We call on you to Valor this season to say: Brave!

Advised!

We were very nice. The room was a tastefully furnished apartment, clean and complete with everything. Beautiful also the 3 swimming pools. The staff is friendly and ready to meet you for any need.

That's good.

It's great for short weekends, spacious and clean apartments. It's good for dining and bar management. It could be worth a lot more with more organization. Moreover, the price of the stay includes practically nothing, no breakfast, no pool entrances, no kitchen use in the room (the sink water is not even open). I'd offer at least a breakfast package...The restaurant is not always open and sometimes only open with the mandatory half pension.
