Electricity is included up to 20 kWh per day, extra consumption is charged at a cost of EUR 0.30 per kWh. per Water consumption exceeding 1 cubic metre per day is charged at an extra cost of EUR 10 per cubic metre. Meter readings are done on arrival and departure. Cleaning is not included.
