The manager is not very customer-oriented and acts in a good-natured manner, is creative in terms of his pricing policy. Calculates, for example, money for parking space and bathing suit without prior information. The two young employees in the service are friendly but untrained and therefore unskilled e.g. Full cups are thrown up at the edge and served to the guest. Dinner is moderate and of lower quality. When choosing dessert, you pay espresso nonetheless. In good places this is always possible. In the sauna there is often a lack of handlers and the music is loud. Absolutely plus parisa. The rooms are clean, however, very uncomfortable.

Hotel on the Dolomites

Nice holiday in San Cassiano in this hotel in the center with cozy rooms, spa with sauna, Turkish bath, kneipp, hot tub and infrared. Cozy restaurant room and always good dishes... after long walks it is nice to eat well and here we were never disappointed! very friendly staff and very nice room maid. Spacious and clean bedrooms despite the presence of the carpet. For those who are averse to it I can say that it is cleaned very well too! Surely recommended.

It's perfect.

Family-run hotel. Great sense of hospitality. Large rooms, availability of a spa, dinner served with alternatives on the menu, plenty of breakfast with plenty of choice.

The Hotel Falzares has exceeded our expectations in terms of the cuisine, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and the structure, small but very well maintained.

Excellent hotel in the center of the charming San Cassiano

In this hotel, everything was fine for me. Very friendly reception, my room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was tasty and the staff was very pleased to return

A good starting point for hiking

Very convenient hotel with the services of San Cassiano, excellent base for excursions and walks. Very clean and very well maintained in all aspects. Very well cooked quality food, abundant and varied breakfast, typical dishes ranged from more international ones. Available, efficient and friendly staff. Excellent!

Dolomite holiday

After having been to this hotel for the second time I can only confirm my super positive opinion. Excellent location two steps from the pedestrian zone of the village, possibility to park the bike in the garage clean and very cozy rooms. Excellent dining service for both breakfast and dinner where very tasty dishes are served with quality raw materials. I will return to this facility as soon as possible. Congratulations to all staff!!!!!

Falzarez is ok ok ok!!!!

We stayed two nights in this hotel in July, nothing to say! Hotel in the center, car park in front, very kind, gentle and available managers for every need. We had two rooms, one double for us and one single in front of ours for every daughter with a dog, very clean rooms, everything worked, mountain view to be left open, hotel super pet friendly, so much so that the owners gave us the willingness to take the dog with us for breakfast and dinner in the stubs reserved for us only (true that, unfortunately, due to the covid period, there weren't many people in the hotel, so I don't know if the thing was handled in the same way).

She's really good.

Thank you to the Hotel Falzares for making our white week special, along with the entire ski area, very clean rooms and common areas and extremely friendly staff.
