Great apartment, really nice inside and beautiful views. Perfectly situated for the Maratona. Ski locker great for bike storage. Helga and family really helpful - thank you. Couldn’t ask for more and would recommend. 

Great apartment, on a quiet road but close to both villages.

We really liked the place we'd chosen for our skiing holiday - comfortable, clean, quiet, near the slopes, fantastic views. We'd arrived late when it was already dark, and the view that greeted me in the morning from the living room window was breathtaking! The mistress of the farm is a really lovely person and you'll feel well there. The farm houses nearby are historic and very well kept, the atmosphere is cosy and peaceful and there's even a tiny chapel nearby. Skiers always want the accommodation to be easily accessible - well, with snow on the fields you can just ski to the nearest slope, which will take you to La Villa cable car. As there had been very little snow before Christmas, we walked or drove a few hundred metres to a parking spot near the slope. There's also a ski storage room with boot driers for guests in the house, which is really useful. This place has a lot to offer and we recommend it warmly.

Super location and view

I have stayed in Agriturismo Paracia, during a family trip to north of Italy. We stayed for 5 days, and the place was by far the best place I have ever stayed in. The location is very good, the view is extraordinery, the owners are the nicest, and the price is fair ! who can ask for more? Highly recoended

The best place Ever !

We rented two apartments on the lower floor during our ski holidays. The villa is very nicely situated with a splendid view, but you definitely need a car to get there, as it is a bit outside of Badia. The ski lifts are in a walking distance. The bigger apartment has a great, sunny living room and a terrace. The sleeping rooms were nice and clean. However, the smaller apartment was rather unappealing. Concerning the equiment, luckily we rented the two apartments as the distribution of cooking pots and cutlery was a not very even. Besides, a good frying pan and a microwave would be useful. The big minus, though, was the owner. We have not received a very warm welcome, but so be it. However, we had constant problems with the internet and our requests to restart the router (which was the solution) were received with annoyance and even threats of additional charges. Unfortunately, some of us needed the internet for work and one of the reasons we chose Paracia was that it advertised itself with the WiFi coverage in the entire house (not really the case). We also had to ask a couple of times to switch on the heating (apparently strange thing in winter). The excuse was that this sunny apartment did not need heating on sunny days. Still we needed to dry our clothes after skiing and one of us was lying ill in the room on the northern side. A bit too much hassle for a peaceful place.

Nice place, less the hosts

Seven fantastic days that we spent in June 2014 in the apartment of Helga's and Jacob's family was simply unforgettable. Accommodation in apartment Paracia must satisfy those who love peace, beautiful nature and simple people. The quality of apartments is superior, a selection of cycling, hiking and similar excursions directly from the threshold of the house is amazing. In any case, Paracia is the place where we will be happy to come back, because there is still a lot of unfulfilled plans to be realized.
