Do not order additional drinks during dinner. In case ordered, ask a bill. Because finally we have got extra charge 78 euro. After leaving we try to clarify about this extra charge. Request sent detail orders, but have got answer, that there are no date.

Be carefull

a very nice hotel, close to the amenities and town centre. nice large rooms and great food, the cooks very attentive to cater for vegetarians/vegans too. 
we were a large group of mountaineers and they managed all of us very well. the staff is friendly and helpful, they also gave us a few tips for some excurtions. 
I can certainly recommend it.

nice family-run hotel

Stayed at Villa Emma over New Year’s Eve days. 
Found it of average class. Rooms were fairly small and cold, with central heating not running during the morning hours and usually set at 20 degrees (which is perhaps rather low when outside is considerably below zero). Breakfast was very simple and straight, no frills. Breakfast room staff was instead very nice and charming, very attentive and smiling. Cant tell the same for the rest of the staff who sounded a bit cold and annoyed. Ski room was rather chaotic and not spacious enough. Parking is infront of the Hotel and is on public soil. Hotel provides guests with a special parking permit to exhibit and park for free...but remember this is public soil and you may not find a parking space for some time. Last, on January 1st rooms were not made, taking as an excuse that we were still in the rooms when staff was ready to clean...real pity that we were not in the rooms...but having aperitive and lunch elsehwere in Madonna di Campiglio. After having complained at reception, eventually rooms were cleaned around 7pm.
All in all an average hotel. You get what you pay for but no doubts prices applied for the Xmas days are too high for this 3 stars hotel and relevant services.

In general the hotel is worth recommending. Breakfast is crap, but as I knew this from previous reviews I was well prepared for it and was bringing some of me own food to the table. Dinners were fine even though I had poor experiences from Italian hotels in the past. Catering crew so as the rest of the gang were nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. Unfortunately there are no ventilation ducts anywhere in the building, even in the bathrooms and therefore you can tell the fungus growing above the shower cabins which the managers are busily trying to disguise with paint. Strange that a modern building hasn't got any natural ventilation. Hmmm.... As to previous reviews regarding rooms being cold: the temperature is being remotely controlled from the computer at the reception so if you are cold all the effort you need to make is to ask the reception to adjust it. Ta daaaaa !!! In general it is a nice place to stay despite the very, very grumpy lady manager who won't let you party at the bar past midnight :))) What I really missed though after a tough day on the slope is a swimming pool but for this I'm afraid there is no room in the building. ps. water in the spa area hot tub was  barely warm :(

A very basic but excellent 3 star hotel .

This is a very honest, clean and friendly hotel, which is exactly what you need for a long weekend of skiing! 

Perhaps my only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast offering a bit, this was mainly biscuits, cold meats, cheese and coffee.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights whilst we went skiing. The hotel is what you'd expect for a 3 star, although we had access to the spa facilities which was nice (hot tub - which was a bit cold and loud, steam room and sauna) the rooms were nice and clean although we did have two single beds pushed together to make a double which was slightly uncomfortable. 

The reception staff were lovely although were strict on not letting us check in slightly earlier, instead we had to get changed and leave our stuff downstairs in the bar area which was unattended. We also had to leave the keys at the hotel in a cupboard which was beside reception but not behind it so anyone could have access to them which was a bit worrying. 

For parking we had to give the hotel a €50 deposit for a parking permit to park in the public car park outside for free.

Breakfast (7:30-10) was very basic, we had a small selection of hams, cheese, croissants and yogurts with juice and coffee.

The rooms were a bit cold and we were only provided with a sheet and a blanket on the bed and 1 cushion per person. The thermostat was not exactly easy to use as it was very unclear how to adjust the temperature.

Nice and honest 3 star hotel

A one week stay at Hotel Villa Emma. To summarise the staff were very friendly, rooms very clean with good showers and plenty of room. A short bus ride from the Spinale Lift. I thought the hotel was very good although the food was a little bland but altogether more than adequate
