This hotel was far above expectations. Very clean, very well cared for and nicely furnished. Yes, the apartments were smallish but were high quality and perfectly suitable for our family of 2 adults and 1 teenager. We were very impressed with the daily cleaning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Located right in centre of town and close to Laghi ski-lift. Madonna Campligio skiing was first-class. Would definitely stay at this hotel residence again.

Great centrally located accommodation

This residence is a very short walk to the Cinque Laghi lift, around ten minutes (in ski boots) to Monte Spinale and, uphill, to Pradalago. we booked two apartments, one for four, one for six, and occupied each with two people. The six person apartment might just have been adequate for a couple and 1-2 children or a second couple (in bunk beds), but the storage space is very limited, and the 'kitchen' little more than a cupboard. In the 4 person apartment there were two rings and a fridge and microwave in a small cupboard. In the 6 person one, there were more rings and a dishwasher. No cleaning/dishwasher stuff provided, although tea towels are. Occupied 2 and 2, these were fine, but I wouldn't have wanted to try to share with more people, The ski lockers can only accommodate old fashioned thin ski boots -- we had to keep ours in the apartment. There's also very little space for putting on of boots etc. The staff are friendly and daily cleaning was a nice touch. But you need to bring everything with you (coffee, oil, salt and pepper, washing up liquid and cloths etc) - there's a good supermarket almost opposite though.  There was plenty of hot water in the shower/baths, and heating until 11am and from around 2pm - in fact too hot, but open windows meant a lot of noise from the road (pedestrianised day time, but deliveries/waste collections overnight, along with revellers). There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby, including Le Roi and Alto Mare (possibly the best fish restaurant in an alpine setting I've ever experienced). Stube Franz Joseph and Bar dolomiti and Cafe Suisse also good for (polite) apres ski and evening drinks.
