Really cool spot with a waterfall and small swimming pool on the property. No AC, but fans and cool open rooms. It’s a very difficult and long windy road to get here. Ensure that you let them know that you will want dinner before arriving as there is no where else to eat.

My second visit. Great location surrounded by interesting places to visit with some wonderful hikes around the coffee farms and streams.My room was lovely. Clean. Comfortable and had its own balcony with hammock and chairs overlooking the tropical gardens. Relaxing on the terrace listening to Reggae whilst sipping a beer was perfect. Only the sound of the stream and Bob Marley.As i wake early and go out i was permitted to make my own breakfast each day at 7am. Eggs, toast and coffee. A freindly atmosphere with a chilled-out vibe. All the staff were helpful and chatty. A salon and Spa too.Very safe at night.

Gorgeous property unlike any bed and breakfast I’ve ever stayed in! Staff is so welcoming (Suzanne is the best!!). Excellent food and hot water in the shower was a welcoming surprise. eclectic bohemian style and beautiful gardens make for a relaxing, peaceful mountain getaway. Will be returning soon!

Although it was difficult to find in the dark and wouldn't recommend traveling there in a low clearance vehicle, the place was beautiful and tranquil. Food and service was friendly and welcoming. The showers are difficult to get a warm temperature, it seemed to be either hot or cold lol, wasn't able to find a way to mix the two. But who cares when you relax on a hammock on your balcony being serenaded by the river!

My stay at Rafjam was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The lush surroundings and serene ambiance of this hidden gem provided the perfect escape from my daily life.The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural beauty of the area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, offering personalized service and genuine care.If you're looking to relax by a river or just unwind in a tranquil setting, Rafjam offers an great experience. Customer service was extraordinary, professional and personalized! 

The traditional meals were scrumptious and inexpensive! 

The natural environment was beautiful with flowers, fruit trees, koi pond and river/waterfalls. 

The house was spacious and well decorated. The hospitality was nonstop from every member of the team! 

Absolutely worth every single penny!

Driving down a tropical lane for 5 minutes I arrived to a warm welcome. 
My room had a king size bed. Very comfortable with new pillows. The bathroom had a powerful shower. I had a wooden balcony too, with seating and hammock.  (Hammock was well used by me) The view was fabulous. Tropical gardens with a small waterfall at one end gently tumbling through the garden with a pool for dipping in or swimming.
All around the property you are surrounded by steep vegetation leading up to a ridge. THE HIDDEN VALLY.
In the morning the sun comes over and the pool glitters with diamonds.Perfect for sunbathing or meditation. Around the extensive grounds you can find a quiet spot to sit and day dream. 
The restaurant bar area is lovely. You can sit in the shade listening to reggae whilst the excellent Chef chats with you about how he wishes to prepare your meal just how you like it. 
My breakfasts and Dinners were lovely.  Well presented and delicious. The bar has an extensive selection. You can serve yourself too. Outside through the door a large balcony overlooking Paradise with ample seating and sun shades. Great for a morning coffee or a drink before dinner.
Inside the building love and attention is the vibe. You feel comfortable and relaxed. 
The host Suzanne is a true professional. 
Always positive. Nothing too much trouble.  Always checking I was happy.
Being the only customer on a few days of my 8 day stay I was lucky to have Paradise  to myself.  All the staff chatted with me and ensured I was having a great time. They gave me advice and info on the local area. 
My holiday to jamaica was meant to be by a river with a rasta fir 16 days. Sadly he died in a tragic accident.  I was quite down and upset. My holiday in tatters and my friend gone. Rafjams turned it all around. Within a day of arrival I was relaxed and content.  Sitting in the garden my tropical dream restarted.
Everyone at Rafjams is lovely. Leaving I was given a warm send off with hugs and smiles. 
I saw my first Humming bird by the stream. It was like sering my first dolphin or whale.

I just returned from spending 2 nights at Rafjam.  I highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvinating experience.  Susan and her team are exceptionally nice and welcoming.  I was treated like family.  The grounds are beautiful and lots of greenery.  There is a river and waterfall on the property.  The room was spotless clean.  There's an onsite restaurant with delicious food.  I also ordered natural beetroot juice everyday.

Amazing experience, a little piece of paradise in the middle of the Blue mountain. Not very accessible by car. Room and amenities were great (Internet, games, TV). Food was delicious (we ordered dinner and breakfast). My best experience during the full trip.

Had a nice getaway at Rafjam in Irish Town

My experience was one in a million.  The ambiance, food, river, and hospitality feel like home. It's a secret getaway place that everyone should go to. Susan the owner was like a long-time family that everyone should have. I will go back there.

Best time ever

I had a great time at Rafjam.  I booked in June 2023 with Susan the owner, who was always available to answer questions.  We were picked up by William, who also secured parking for our vehicle.   The room was a lovely space with comfortable furnishings, clean bathroom and a huge balcony with chairs and a table,  as well as a hammock that overlooked the water.  We listened to the water each night from our double door balcony.  Thanks to Candy and Ms. M for ensuring we had freshly brewed coffee each morning along with the delicious meals.  The music was rich of vibes and soothing to the soul.  We were safe as we wandered to the waterfall and the many swimming holes on the property. Thanks to the Rafjam team.  Blessings.

Rafjam-Peace within Nature

Rafjam is an oasis. The terrain to get there is daunting (but don't worry, they provide shuttle if you, like myself, don't do daunting terrain) however, when my friends and I arrived at the spot, it was so worth it. Indeed the villa's location adds to the mystique, the privacy, the rustic nature. There are multiple rivers on the property, a gorgeous waterfall nearby (we had tremendous fun there). We were enveloped by the sounds of nature, greenery and rivers for our entire weekend. There are also great hiking paths nearby and my friends and I hiked to a river. The trail was so beautiful we couldn't stop making pics. The rooms are another delight, you can stay on the main house or off the main house in a cottage or theme designed villas. Some of the cottages are built around huge slabs of rock which just makes them more rustic and engaging. The proprietor, Sue, goes all out to ensure you have an experience like none other. From ensuring the rooms are tip top, meals are tasty and hot, she partied with my friends and I (it was my birthday weekend) and even acted as a tour guide for our hike to the river. She knew  it was my birthday weekend and she went all out to make it memorable for me, family and friends. She went above and beyond. To know her is to love her. If you love nature, this is a must see nestled in the hills of St. Andrew Jamaica, not too far from the city but far enough to stumble upon another world, a nature's paradise! We loved it!!!! 

A nature lover's haven

The best place to be guys my wife and I didn't want to leave the staff is so professional wow I would recommend RAFJAM to anyone see you soon guys. How could I leave out Susan  she is such a wonderful person guys as I said would recommend rafjam to anyone go and experience it for your selves.

The best experience ever!

It’s such a beautiful experience with a talented chef.  The landscape is breathtaking and the service is warm and welcoming. The bed is great for your back and the comforter was very cozy. I would recommend anyone to come to RafJam. Disconnect to reconnect <3

A refreshing reconnection

I have been visiting Rafjam since 2020. It my home away from home. Any time I need to destress I just run away to the hills. It has a river and waterfall that you can dip in, as well as beautiful grounds. There is normally  a chef on property so you can eat after taking a dip.

For this trip, I just stayed for a few hours. If you are a lover of nature and rustic ambiance , its  great place to stay.

Rafjam :  Home away from home

We choose the best time so we had the property mostly to ourselves. Beautiful property, with cozy rooms,luscious vegetation and idyllic falls. The staff were so nice and welcoming. 10/10 would visit again.
