Bed sheets and towels will be cleaned and exchanged by the property. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, final cleaning, inspection and disinfection will be done after guests’ check-out. Garbage can be collected by the property with additional fee of JPY 1,000. Cleaning service is available with additional fee of JPY 4,000. The property may charge additional fee of JPY 6,000 (including cleaning fee) if guests fail to clean the room or the property deem cleaning necessary. Property does not rent out barbecue equipment (which is strictly forbidden to bring in for insurance reasons) to overnight guests, as they often do not clean up and take down the equipment in time (by 7pm). There is an additional charge for this service, so if you are interested, please contact to property in advance. Only one small dog is allowed in the room (for a fee).
