宜野湾市の西側、ハニンスと普天間基地に挟まれた場所にあるコンド式ホテル。マックスバリュー、ドラッグストア、ダイソー、ユニクロが入っているショッピングセンターと、隣にはローカルのスーパーとレンタルビデオや本屋があるので、立地はよい。５８号のバイパスが近いので、那覇側にもコザ側にもすぐに出られます。
家電も調理道具もあり、洗濯機は大きすぎるけれども、洗濯・乾燥１体型がユニット内にあって無料で使えるのは便利。小さなバルコニーに干すことも可。タオルやアメニティ、洗濯洗剤などはたっぷりと出してくれたので、○。くぼんだ土地にあるので「リゾート」とはいえ、景色は前に門中墓がある程度。頻繁ではないけれども、ときどき、普天間からの戦闘機の音がします。

エアコンのつける位置が反対側だと、間仕切りのドアを閉めても冷たい空気が全体に回ると思うけれども、現状クローゼットにぶつかってから流れる作り。ダイニングセットがあるとHPに書いてあったが、実際にはなかった。本来これは違反なので改善を求めたが、「ありません」で片づけられました。仕事をしたい人は、低いリビング用のテーブルでするしかない状態になります。沖縄に行く人はすべてが遊びじゃないことを理解してほしい。Wi-fiではなく、LANだけというのも時代遅れでは？

セキュリティはミニマム。カギはユニットに１つしかくれず、複数人で泊まるには不便。改善を求めたけれども、反応なし。おそらく入り口横の郵便受けを使うようにということだと思うけれども、カギの番号は単純ですぐに開錠可能に思えます。なので、危機管理には頓着していない印象。

管理者は怠慢。まず、予定の時間にいれておくはずのカギを入れ忘れ、那覇から届けに来るという話だったが、金曜日の帰りのラッシュ時間でおそらく２時間は時間のロスをした。チェックアウトの際には同じ担当者が遅刻で連絡もなし。時間ぎりぎりだったけれども、中で待っていてもよいと事前に言われていれば、ゆっくり待てたはずだけれども、その連絡もなし。おまけに、ものすごくタバコ臭い人で、電気・水道のメーター確認時には閉口。

借りる際には、手付を払わされた。クレカ情報を出しているのだから、これは不要では？また、キャンセルは１週間前に発生するので、他より早い。予約の際は注意が必要。こうした件に関してもメールの返事は遅いこともある。ビジネス感覚があまりプロフェッショナルではない。体質時の掃除費用として3,000円課されるが、旅行予約サイトからだと払わなくていい場合もあるので、複数のサイトチェックがおすすめです。

The name declares that it's a "resort" place. It has no swimming pool nor view except the Okinawan-style grave in front of the building. The location is generally great esp. for a long stay: there is shopping malls nearby--grocery and drug stores, one-coin shop, Uniqlo, MacDonald's, and other shops (on foot or a few minute drive). It takes a minute to get to Rt. 58 main and by-pass and so driving north and south is easy. Not frequently but sometimes you hear fighter plains' noises from the Futenma Base.

Security is minimum, i.e., the "auto-lock" door. They give you only one key and so it's inconvenient if you share a unit with someone. The room can furnished better: the a/c's position is wrong and there's no dining set even if they mention its availability. So, if you need to do desk work, there's only a low coffee table. No wi-fi but LAN only. 

Appliances and cooking utensils are all there. A washer is inside the unit and so is convenient.

They start charging you a week before the first day of reservation--so be careful! There's also a cleaning fee though this can be waved if reserved from a web-shopping/reservation site.

There's no manager at the site and he commutes probably from Naha. If you need him, you may have to wait for one hour + may be required during the Friday rush hour. This guy forgot to leave the key upon our arrival and we had to wait for him that long after driving in the rush hour! Upon check-out, the manager came late with no contact and we had to wait for him outside for utility inspection.

便利ですが問題も Convenient but some problems

This establishment doesn’t give refunds even though they don’t deliver the services they advertised. 

Here are the reasons to not book with Terrace Resort Ginowan:
1.) Upon booking on January 3, 2024, I messaged Terrace Ginowan Resort via Agoda app messages to confirm that they have 3 adults, 1 pet dog and 1 car parking. The hotel never replied since January 3,2024.
2.) On the day before check in, I emailed the hotel again to verify that my booking is confirmed for 3 adults, 1 pet and 1 parking space. No response from the hotel again.
On the day my family was supposed to check in, I had to ask a Japanese interpreter to call the hotel to confirm if they accept pet and 1 parking. We were told no pets allowed and no parking. We received a text with instructions to access hotel for 2 adults. I booked this room for 3 adults, 1 pet and 1 parking space.
The hotel is not responsive via Agoda app messaging and emails.
My family have our luggage’s packed to experience all this issues on check in day. Terrace Resort Ginowan never replied to any messages or email. They should just remove those options and just say call the hotel to get information. It’s not my family’s fault that Terrace Resort Ginowan advertised Pet Allowed, Car Parking and they reserved a room only for 2 people and not 3 per my booking on January 3, 2024.

Book at your own risk. In front of the hotel are tombs. Parking spaces, maybe? No pets allowed. Call them. Your messages and emails will not get a response. The worst experience we had in Japan. I do not recommend this hotel. Agoda did not help us.
