Truly amazing property. We had booked four single rooms and three were having Mt. Fuji view. The rooms were clean, with all basic amenities. Free wifi. Good breakfast. Coffee/tea maker. Air condition was perfect. Air purifier was available.
Staff were extra great.
Honestly, this was the best property we stayed in our 10 days Japan tour. Price was very reasonable. Free parking available and it is close to Gotemba outlet mall.
Only sad thing, we stayed for a night only............Other than that no frills and will surely return to this place and hotel.

Excellent property - low price with high quality

Stayed here for 4 nights - Check-in very efficient and very courteous.
Room VERY small but by Japanese standards I guess not too bad.
This is the first hotel I have stayed in that does not give a bottle of water! 
One has to buy water from a vending machine which also gives beer and other stuff.
Apart from the Japanese fare - breakfast has cereal, juices, eggs, bacon and coffee, etc. - Not bad but not brilliant either.
No place to keep your luggage so travel VERY light if you are planning to stay here.
They have a spa which I did not have the time to use.
There is no check-out. You simply clear your room and leave.

Nice room tho bit small (its normal in Japan).
U can choose yr pillow and pyjamas was provided...wow!!
Amazing View (Mt Fuji).
Love the breakfast..also the hot spring/bath at the hotel.
VERY VERY close to Gotemba Premium Outlet for those who loves shopping.
Super nice and friendly staff and 1 guy who is very fluent English and help us a lot.
Close to train/bus station as well. (1000¥ by taxi )

Amazing views, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Not luxurious but great for a short stay. Clean etc. Also had bikes available to borrow for free. Woke up with views of Mt Fuji and Hakone. Stunning.

My card wasn't accepted so I had to cycle late at night in the pouring rain to get to find a cash point to pay for room up front - probably could have just let me pay on check out! Never mind, the staff gave me towels and were very sweet.

Cheap easy hotel with AMAZING VIEWS!!

We stayed two nights here. Check in was easy and the staff was able to communicate with us in English very well. We had booked the largest possible room and it was still quite small for us, but that was all ok. It came with a small double bed and deck bed - so can sleep three if needed. If traveling light, no issues at all. No room keys, there is a keypad on the room door and you enter a PIN. 

There is a shower but it is best to use the bath on the ground floor. It has hot spring water! The bath rotates between Men and Women use, so check the timings stated at the reception. For a chain hotel, it is really value for money!

Breakfast is included and the spread combines both Japanese (rice, miso soup etc) with western (sausages etc). The coffee and tea from the vending machines are free in the morning during breakfast hours.
