Check-in is located at a different location from the property's address. Address: 1-15-28 Hakataekimaeminami, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka 812-0016. Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bed. Children 7 years and over are considered as adults. Guests arriving after 09:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled. Keys can be handed to the guests at the reception from 10:00 AM, but check-in is only possible from 03:00 PM onwards. Pets are strictly not allowed at the property. The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy. The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. There will be special check-in instructions attached to your confirmation email after the booking is made. Please follow the guidelines to ensure a smooth check-in. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
