I and my friend went to Hakuba for snowboarding and stayed in the resort inn for one night. The host is very helpful. He drove us to the ski resort and the train station. Perfect location as the shuttle bus for ski resort is just nearby. Onsen, restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance.

Excellent experience 

We just spent 5 nights (Feb 2018) here and highly recommend it for the following reasons: super hospitable and down-to earth Kiwi hosts Greg and Jayne, comfortable, clean and quiet room, killer drying room, included gut-filling self-serve breakfast from 7a.m., 2 massive TV rooms equipped with Netflix (perfect entertainment after all day ski, onsen and feed...), quite cool mix of Austrian/Japanese inspired architecture and close walking proximity to several good restaurants and bus stops to ski areas - awesome experience. Thanks heaps!

Great stay...

My partner and I just finished spending a week at Resort Inn White Silver and our hosts Greg and Jayne really made us feel at home. Great communication on the best way to get there from Jayne, and once we arrived a warm welcome. Super lovely room, and an inviting onsen to warm your sore muscles after a great day of skiing at the local resorts. A scrumptious breakfast every morning with some of the best coffee in Japan. We highly recommend this awesome place and can't wait to come back next year!

Awesome Place, Awesome hosts!

Very friendly family run hotel, with easy access to the resorts via shuttle or walking. The owners went out of their way to help us (family of 4) get the most out of our week snowboarding in Hakuba, ranging from offering great advice on everything from which resorts to ski/ride in which conditions to where to get dinner, to giving us a lift to the slopes one morning so we could catch the first powder.

Great place to stay in Hakuba

First time to Hakuba, Fiji and Sako made it an amazing experience. They are so kind and accomodating! We were picked up at the bus stop within minutes of calling, and the inn is just a short drive away. They were able to assist us with everything we needed from food to activities for our three day stay. Felt at home. Amazing place. Options for all and a price to fit!  Peaceful. Cozy.

Amazing place

My friend and I booked in for five nights and we could not have been happier with the accommodation! The husband and wife who run this place go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The rooms are warm, spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable too. It's a shared bathroom situation, but that is also very clean and we had no issues with that at all. The breakfast is large and sets you up well for a day skiing. They will drive you around to hire gear, get to the slopes, go out and eat etc etc. They are so helpful and friendly with any request. There weren't very many guests while we were here, so we got VIP treatment. There is also a bus right out the front that can take you straight to Hakuba 47 in the mornings and drop you back in the afternoon. They don't speak fluent English, but they have a strong enough command that we had no problems communicating what we wanted to. This place is adorable and I would come back in a heartbeat!
