Perfect way to spend your holiday in Japan. The price is right, one of the best capsule hotels in Japan. The staff are friendly, the place is clean highly recommended for everyone. You will also enjoy Sauna.

Best Capsule Hotel

The capsule hotel itself is great (for the price), the best capsule hotel that I stayed in Japan. It has a huge public bath area with sauna. Well, the problem is the location. It is in a red light district, and there are lots of sex service facility around. I think this place is made for Japanese business men, not for backpackers, but an interesting experience in Japan, indeed.

Excellent capsule hotel, bad location.

Found out that this was the cheapest way to spend a night in Japan.  It is only for males and that too without tattoos.   The hotel is located in the middle of the entertainment district of Hiroshima with a multitude of bars, clubs and restaurants in the vicinity.    The no tattoo rule could be to bar the Yakuza that probably control the neighborhood entertainment.   One has to take out shoes before entering the hotel.  Lockers are provided.   The staff speaks passable English.   One can store their luggage in a room.  Lockers are provided to keep other small items.   The hotel provides a Japanese robe with shorts.  A sauna cum bath is located on the fifth floor.   This is an experience to be done in Japan.   A restaurant is located is located on the top floor and the food is reasonably priced.    Massage services are provided in the basement and have to be booked through the front office.    The capsules are large enough for a 5'10 person to sleep.  The place was reasonable quiet for a sleep.Tipping is prohibited in Japan and this saves a lot of money too.   The staff are wonderful.  A great way to experience an aspect of Japanese culture.

Dated, smells of cigarettes everywhere. Friendly staff and clean. 
In massage parlour district but close to shopping areas and restaurants in Hondori area. Better options out there.  Hiroshima only worth a day trip.

Staying in a Japanese capsule hotel is one experience not to be missed for a traveller,i slept one night here,the capsule was very cozy the bathroom clean,free sauna and baths in the  top of the building.Bus stop is a walking distance.

This is the third mens only capsule I stayed in having previously stayed in Capsules in Tokyo and Kyoto. Its about a ten min walk from Hiroshima Station but I bought a tram pass from the station. Its maybe the fourth tram stop. The map on their website isnt too clear but if you bring a printout and show people they will point you the right way. Its a bit of a nightlife area with bars. 
The reception was very friendly and spoke some english. I had emailed my reservation from their website but they had no knowledge when I showed up. Luckily I had a printout and they werent too busy. They thought I hadnt stayed at a capsule before so they were very helpful to show me around the place and to the capsule floor. 
There are no plug outlets but they let me recharge my camera batteries at reception. The capsule was comfy with a small tv, about 5 channels, all Japanese and one porn. It was comfortable to sleep and not too noisy. 
The capsules are on three floors, the 6th floor is the restaurant, and the 5th floor is the bathing area. There are communal Japanese style showers along with different spas. There are also some steam rooms. Hairdryers, toothbrush, razors are provided but no toothpaste. The capsules also have their own bathrooms on each floor with drink vending machines. 
There are also two lounges with reclining chairs and personal tvs like in business class on airplanes. 
Lockers were thin so I had to take some stuff out my backpack to make it fit. Also if you have luggage I didnt see anywhere to store it. 
Overall the staff was very friendly and I had a great stay. I think I was the only foreigner on the day that I stayed. The tram line outside will take you to the Peace Park and the same tram line will go all the way to Miyajima to see the floating todori. I would stay here again if I ever went back to Hiroshima.
