We found nice bar and cafe in front of river. The owner told us to go to anotgher location to sleep. it was 3mim far away from that location. 
Small old apartment building in nowhere. It wasnt clean enough with over 20people could stay in tiny 3 bunker bed rooms ( cheapest Ikea bunker bed) . So many hair was at the shower room. It was 3000 yen for super tiny space. Its not worth it. I would sleep there again if the price was 1000yen . 

まずロケーションがcafe and bar の場所と違い別館に案内されたが予約のときそのようなことは書いていなかった。部屋がとても狭く安いイケアの二段ベッドが引き詰められていた。シャワーとトイレは新しくきれいだったがシャワールームの狭い脱衣所が髪の毛だらけで歩くのも嫌だった。宿泊者数に対してシャワールーム2個と壊れかけのヘアドライヤー1つは少なすぎると思う。これで一泊3000円は高すぎる。

It was different location from bar and cafe.

I stayed in room 2 which was very tight. They've squeezed 8 beds into a tiny room, and there's barely any place to move around or place your luggage,  and there isn't much place to stay or sit outside of the dorm rooms.
Place was not very clean, not exactly filthy, but not clean either.
The lights go out automatically at night, which could be good, except when you're alone in the room then it's just annoying..
No cooking possibilites. Just a microwave, a kettle, and a small fridge.
Location is very good within walking distance of the peace memorial park and atomic bomb dome.

It was ok to stay here for 2 days, but compared to other hostels I've stayed at in Japan it didn't reach up.

Tight space

If you like a good nights sleep this isn't for you, I stayed in room 2 and you couldn't swing a cat in it, its tiny! Oh and stay in the mixed dorm apparently Japanese girls like to shop hard! So when you've been walking around everywhere they've been shopping and all they want to do when you want to rest is to go through EVERYTHING they have bought and pack and re-pack it several times. The noise is horrendous especially when there's 8 others trying to sleep at midnight. Guys have some consideration for your roommates. Also if you miss the cut off point at 11pm your luck is out big time. I met two girls today whose train was delayed due to last nights storm so they had to sit on a bench by the river overnight?!?!?!? The price; 3000y for one night in a tiny room, the dorm in Tokyo is 2000y with amazing views, bathrooms, beds and a TV in your pod. Didn't watch it but hey you can't knock it. Sorry for the rant but there is definitely better elsewhere and probably cheaper, I'd say it did the job but I didn't t much sleep.

Old skool backpackers needed

The hostel was very kind to let me check in early and leave my belongings so that I may tour the city. The hostel itself is in another building down another street. I know, weird. But the benefit with that is no loud bar at night. It adds to a better nights rest. 
I stayed in a four bed dorm. The privacy curtain didn't go all the way around the bed, not so good when roommates arrive and are putting lights on really late/early. The showers an toilets were clean. 
There aren't any washing machines, there is a self service laundromat around the corner. 
Minus the small things, it was a great stay!

Well located quiet hostel

This hostel has only positive points. Extremely good position at only a few steps away from the A-bomb dome and the peace memorial, modern infrastructure, clean, very nice ans helpful staff, fast check-in and -out. They even offer a compete breakfast for 300¥, which I wish I had taken when I saw the prices in the city! 
For who is afraid of the noise because of the bar/reception: the rooms are actually in another house (wich they call "the annex") in a very quiet street one minute walk from the reception! 
I definitely recommend this hostel!
