There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with special check-in instructions and an access code. The host will greet guests on arrival.Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

Important Notes

Children 7 years old and younger are not permitted at this property. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
