You must inform the hotel in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the hotel. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen). Guests staying in the dorm room can bring their own padlock, if they wish to lock their locker. To use the property's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Kutchan Train Station or the Niseko Welcome Centre. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Free shuttles operated by Niseko Mountain Resort Grand Hirafu run every 20 minutes between 08:30 and 20:30, during the skiing season. The restaurant is open from December through May, on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 19:00 to 21:30. Massages are available only from December through May. To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at check-in. |
