An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. Guests will receive an e-mail from the property regarding the payment procedures, after the booking is made. Guests must pay one night's deposit within 3 days of receiving the instructions in order to secure the booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The final payment for the entire stay is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. Guests must make a payment via PayPal using a credit card. Guests who cancel the booking may receive a refund in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Guests must check-in at the Management Company and receive a key to the property. Their office is located near JR Kyoto Station (a 3 minute walk) and is open daily from 10:00 to 19:00. The office address and the map to the property will be provided once the payment is made. Guests are kindly requested to keep the noise level down as the property is in a very quiet residential area. There is no child rate. Children will be charged normal adult rates unless they are infants who can share a bed.
