【Eco-Cleaning】
As part of our new eco-conscious efforts, the property has introduced an `eco-cleaning` policy (only changing towels and bath mats and disposing of trash) for guests staying for consecutive nights.
In accordance with the guidance of the public health department, the property will do a full cleaning once every 4 days from the viewpoint of hygiene.
*Towel sets (bath and face towels/per night) are provided free of charge.
*If you wish to request an additional full cleaning, please contact the front desk by 10:00 PM the day before the check-in date.
Full cleaning (room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed making, sheet changing) is charged additional full cleaning fee 800 yen per stay, payable at the front desk.

【Smoking】
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms. Please understand that the property are unable to accommodate requests for `smoking` rooms at the time of reservation.

【No pets allowed】
You are requested to refrain from staying with pets and bringing them in the hotel property regardless of their size and species.
