Clean for sure, Rooms are OK, but not the usual free water at a price level however for which you get higher quality in larger cities like Nagoya. Friendly staff. Moderate breakfast. Avoid the bread - it is probably cut the night before. Very expensive for what it offers. Also, the windsor restaurant offers all day dining  ... but closes before 5 or 6 in the afternoon. Not much dining..

good location but overpriced

Excellent hotel, close to the city centre. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance. 5 minutes from the Nagoya metro station. The breakfast buffet is very full (sweet, salty, fish and snacks)

Very good hotel.

A great hotel to stay in during a business trip Excellent transportation: two metro lines within 5 minutes walk, a bus from the airport stops within 3 minutes walk from the hotel. 20 minutes from the hotel to the headquarters of Toyota. Breakfast is very good if you choose Asian and European cuisine. The only problem is that WiFi only catches on the floors with the numbers (8-12), on the first floor where there is no restaurant and reception - signal.

A lovely hotel for short trips.

The hotel gives a clean impression. However, the rooms are partly unused. (Rips on the walls testify to the heavy use of the rooms) Breakfast is classified as very expensive at 1500 JPY for what is offered. Most staff at the reception speak very little English, which makes communication really difficult. Positive: The hotel is very centrally located close to the train station and is therefore very easily accessible. For a few nights it is OK. The price-performance ratio is bad, however.

I made 3 room reservations directly with the hotel and made several amendments & I was impressed by the efficiency and prompt replies. The twin rooms and triple rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and delicious.

Its prime location to the Toyotashi Station (2 mins walk) & Meitetsu Toyotashi Station and proximity to Como Square & Kitara Shopping Centre made it very accessible. From Meitetsu Toyotashi Station, we took a Toyota Oiden Bus to visit Obara Fureai Park to see its autumn foliage and soft pink cherry blossoms in the day, and in the afternoon to Korankei famed for its autumn leaves & Katakuri flowers.

It was a weekday (Monday) when we visited both places and there were not many people as it was not the peak autumn foliage season. We enjoyed both places and took tons of pictures.

Hotel Toyota Castle's excellent location & service made our trip very memorable. Well done!



Excellent all round

Excellent hotel with reasonable cost. Close by walk to many shops and restaurants, this hotel is very good. The rooms a big enough. The wifi is for free in the rooms and at the lobby. Plenty of choice for the breakfast (european, asian)

Excellent hotel close to the downtown

Hotel in the center of Toyota City, very close to the train station. Correct, rooms somewhat fair in size, but adequate. The breakfast is somewhat sparse in variety. A reasonable price for what it offers.

Second time I have stayed here and once again it lives up to it's rating. Rooms and building are Clean, Clean, Clean (as most all of Japan is).  Staff as always is very accommodating.  Good breakfast (try to get it included in package). Due to business only visits have not had a chance to experience other restaurants at the hotel.  Was on the 8th floor, but did not have any issues with the WiFi as some have experienced.
Water pressure and size of room good.  Will stay here on next visit, as long as they have vacancies.

Stay in Nogoya at the Toyota castle on the business trip in October 2017 and for Japan room size and standards I was very impressed. The breakfast was great also. very good access to the rail. Highly recommended.

Hotel in the center of Toyota City, fairly new, reasonably priced and well-served.The size of the suitable and comfortable rooms is worth it if you are in the area, with shops and restaurants nearby.
