The first time I have stayed two consecutive nights at a capsule hotel, and I found it annoying to have to check out and check in again each day. But they do let you keep the (large) locker to store your luggage during the day.
The capsule system is well thought out, with attention to detail, such as the soft-closing metal doors. As you'd expect with no pesky guests to get in the way, cleaning is thorough; the place is spotless. The capsule bed is comfortable, not too hard or too soft, and the ambient temperature pleasant. Noise? That depends entirely on your fellow guests.
The staff do not speak much English but the system is set up so that little communication is needed. I felt the lack of somewhere to sit other than the capsule, unless you count the hard bench on each landing. But I love the toilet seat that rises to greet you as you open the door.
If everything (bed, gown, towels, slippers) is changed and laundered each day of the stay, this must be a big waste of energy. I see no need for a personal bathmat or a disposable toothbrush.

Accommodation stripped to the essentials.

Safe, clean, practical and well-priced.
I was drawn to book a stay in 9 hours by its unbeatable price, and was happy to see that it stood up to its clean reputation. The facilities are distributed in a practical way that keeps noise away from the bedroom, and having a floor only for girls made me relax. 
I asked to borrow an alarm clock and a cable charger for my phone, which they  provided right away.

男女別の階があって、リラックスしやすい。ロッカールームやシャワーが睡眠室と違う位置付けにあるので静かな環境で快適に寝られます。ロッカーの収納スペースが良い(たて約2メートル)、アメニティーにはタオル類以外にパジャマや歯ブラシセット。シャワーする際にシャンプー、ボディーソープやコンディショナーがあり、またドライヤーもある。
スタッフに伺った貸し出しにご柔軟に対応いただいて、とても嬉しかった。

Wasteless: the right commodity to sleep

It’s clean and comfy. It’s about 10 mins walk from Sendai JR station. For muslim travellers, there’s zamzam halal bento nearby. Every check-in, you get starbucks card preloaded with ¥1000.  I guess that should cover you for breakkie or supper. 7-eleven is just downstairs if you need a quick bite or water. Although there’s no hot water dispenser, this place is enough for you to spend the night’s rest. The capsule is spacious too. Cheap cheap good good! All you need is 9 hours.

Superbly clean, and comfy and you'll get a Starbucks card with 1000yen equivalent to two tall Starbucks drinks every single night you stay, I stayed 3 nights and got 3!(worth 3000yen) easy to find, near convenience store and near to the sendai JR station

Superb service and super clean

I stayed for two nights and the facility is very clean. The shower was excellent because of how clean it is and the amenities too. It has the basic necessities for the hotel. Also, the staff was very helpful and if you have luggage that don’t fit the lockers they have their own warehouse to store it.

Awesome stay

Was around a 17 minute walk from the sendai station. Mostly quiet, they provide lounge wear, a set of towels and a tote bag. While lockers are separate from capsule area it was not too far, doors are equipped to be silent even when swinging them. Bathrooms were clean. The capsule bed was not too thin or thick theres only one outlet to be used in the bed.

Good stay

We stayed for a night and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was very welcoming. The sleeping pods are very clean. The sleeping section is quiet and peaceful. The bathroom are well maintained and the showers are really big!

Comfort meets modernity

Sleeping in a capsule hotel is a real experience. If You do not suffer from claustrophobia it is worth it!  I slept two nights in a capsule and felt good even though I felt like an astronaut. Furthermore the location was central and the price low.

Very tipical capsule Hotel

I stayed here very spontaneously. It is a capsule hotel, finally one also available for women. I liked the cheap price, the cleaneliness and the friendly stuff. They were always very helpful, even when it had gotten busy. The capusle is alright for some days. The location of the hostel is gorgeous. Super close to everything. You can walk around or take busses or subways. The wifi sometimes did not work. Then you can use the free wifi from the 7 eleven downstairs lol 
The showers were amazing and spacious but if you got up too late you had to stand in line, because everyone has to check out by 10. That means even if you stay for more days, you gotta leave your key and leave. So you leave your luggage in your locker and can not access it until check in around 3 or 4. Well.... it could also get really busy by the lockers in the mornings and evenings with everyone re-packing, because of course there is no space to do that anywhere else. You get a new bathrobe, slippers etc everyday with check in. All in all, I liked the place and the location was very convenient.

Capusles for Women in the best area

Very clean, good showers and restrooms. WiFi also good, and beds reasonably comfortable. I walked here from sendai station in 15 minutes but there is a subway stop within 5 minutes walk.
The only downside for me was there was no common room or seating area so when you're not out eating/drinking/exploring there's nowhere to sit except for in your capsule.
