The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Sendai station. Reasonable combination of "Price-quality". The double cost 5,000 yen. The room is clean, bright, small in size but comfortable. TV, fridge. Wi-Fi. There are additional services. Laundry, heel massage (100 yen) and massage chair. Breakfast is modest, in French style. Egg, bun, coffee, oranges (very rare in economy hotels in Japan). Very friendly staff at the front Desk.

Reasonable combination of "Price-quality".

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. It has public bathrooms that change men or women by the hour. Breakfast is quite scarce and there was no place to sit. There was a 5.9 magnitude earthquake and it was felt quite well (we were on the 10th floor).

I wonder if it's a hotel or a motel.

This hotel is a little bit far from Sendai station (walk around 10-15 mins) however price is reasonable. I stayed here for 4 nights. Staff clean our room every day. Staff at front desk is able to communication in English and very helpful. I ask to leave my luggage after checkout. Breakfast is salad and bread with coffee/tea. There are supermarket near the hotel. Wifi is ok in my room.

Since there are a little bit far from the main Sendai station so it is quiet on night time. Most of guests in this hotel is businessman so there is no noisy from tourists during my stay.

Reasonable price hotel

The hotel is very close to JR Station (10 mins walk), so it makes it perfect as a base for day trips. The room was rather small, but it is a standard in the Japanese budget hotels. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the complimentary breakfast very much - it is very basic: bread, hard boiled eggs and orange slices, but it is a nice beginning of a day.

Perfect as a base for day trips

While it is in a great location, this hotel is very rundown and you can hear every noise on your floor. The mattress was ridiculously uncomfortable to the point we couldn't sleep. It was basically broken - slumped in the middle and metal springs poking through. We slept on the blanket the second night and it was more bearable. We appreciated the free breakfast but it was very plain (bread, overboiled eggs and orange slices). Overall pretty good value for money but the mattress made for a poor sleep.

Rundown; noisy; uncomfortable bed

The semi-double first shown was a dreadful small room facing a stark wall. We asked for a bigger room and the extra was reasonable but were given a much bigger pretty room with a proper double bed and picture windows overlooking the not too busy street on the 1st floor next to the spa and sauna. The bed was super comfy with crisp fresh linen and very clean. Thanks to the staff member who made our stay a very enjoyable one. The supermarket on the right side opposite has the best packaged Japanese meals. The hot tub was great for relaxing and the sauna. Good location within walking distance of station but far enough away from noise the traffic.
Sendai is a great city and would return to explore further. A very scenic journey here by bus from Morioka.

Because of the Room Given

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, which has a good price ratio. One night is 4500 and the other is 3900 yen. The room is simple but has its own small bathroom. The place is sober and quiet. If you are looking for a place not too expensive and simple I highly recommend it. The hotel is not too far from the main train station (it takes a little cheap but in 5-10 minutes you are there)
