My friend and I stayed in a small two-bed room with shared showers (one outdoor to rinse sand from beach, and two indoor) and toilets. There were some drinks prepared for purchase, otherwise you need to get food from somewhere. But it was clean and just enough to sleep in the room and rest in the courtyard. The boat snorkeling tour offered by Lagoon 315 was great! The island was a small village, not crowded by tourist. I loved it!

Spent two nights in Lagoon 315 and wished i could have stayed longer. This is an extremely relaxing and cosy resort. Beyond it's nice garden, the room is airy, clean and neat; common facilities such as after beach washing area and shower area are well equipped.  The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure staying in Lagoon 315 and look forward to returning soon. 

Fabulous time

We had such a great experience staying here in may /16. very small island with about 400 people living here.The Lagoon had 5 rooms , twin beds that you can put together easily for a queen.outdoor shower and hot tub. two full showers and two nice Japanese toilets with the heated seats and spray..... A little courtyard where you can relax.

 The hosts are very nice people and willing to help you get familiar with this beautiful little oasis.

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms have twin beds, which are comfortable, with air conditioning. In the midle of the yard is a nice garden to relax after diving, snorkeling, or to spend a nice evening. The owner Naoharu knows everthing about the islands best spots and is very helpfull. He can arrange diving trips for his customers. Two nice and clean showers as well as a modern, remote controlled toilet are there. Additional there are two open air bathtubs and showers. A washing machine, which can be used by the guests, is available too.
Naoharu offers homemade, nice tasting food as well as chilled drinks, which are very cheap. Even if you don't stay over night you are very welcome for food and drinks. Japanese and International guests are very welcome. To access the place it takes a walk of about 4 minutes from the port. We spend 3 days at Aka Jima and loved it. Here is nature and remoteness what you can expect. We had a room per person for 5000 Yen without meals. This may sound expensive, but all locations on Aka island are more expensive, then on the mainland. Out of our point of view the price for what you get on Aka was fine. There is plenty of fish to see while diving, or snorkeling and sea turtles can be found easy as well as mantas. Hiking options to different lookouts and hidden beaches are possible as well. We love to come back,

Nice and cosy place

I stayed this lodge with my wife and 5-year daughter. We enjoyed snorkeling in Aka-beach and Nishibama-beach. Aka-beach has a lot of healthy coral. It is good at snorkeling. Nishibama-beach has white sand beach, good visibility water, a lot of fish and coral. It is good at swimming, also snorkeling. I recommend you visit to them by bicycle, because on the way to them, the view is beautiful. Please, take a look at my pictures.
This lodge is run by married couple. There is no staff. They are very kindly and friendly. They can offer home-style cooking of Okinawa to you as breakfast and dinner.
About foreign travelers, I recommend you try eating them. They are delicious.
