This flex stay inn is probably the converted from apartment blocks for singles or small families. As such rooms come with interesting amenities such h as washing machine, mini fridge, microwave, rice cooker and mini kitchen. While some parts of furnitures and fittings show sign of wear and tear, the room is comfortable enough especially for longer stay in Tokyo. Amazon etc, can deliver to your room or the reception can keep boxes for you.  The area is very reasonable, too. It is 5 minuets walk from the subway station and the building isa in the residential area, but very close to modern conveniences such as convenience stores. Very good value for money.

Very good base for longer stay in Tokyo

I stay there for one week it ok 5 minutes walk to the train station  not far from  shibuya about 25 minutes on train 3 minutes walk to the restaurant and bar, but the only problem there's is no room cleaner 

We stayed here for four nights for a holiday. It was close to the Tokyo Metro Nakanobu  station (about 5 minutes) and the JR Nishi-O station (about 10 minutes) so it was easy to get around the city by rail.
Small room which had enough rooms for luggage when the beds were down. Beds could be folded up when not in use (we were in a twin room). Rooms were fairly clean although it was really dusty at the top of the bed frame. No elevators so be wary if you travel with a lot of luggage.
We taxied from Haneda airport since we arrived 10pm but it would have been possible to train there. Although we arrive late we received instructions for after hours check in. We were able to pay with Visa at check in.
Relatively inexpensive place and fairly good location.

Close to the trains

Stayed for a week to visit a friend and sightseeing in Tokyo. 

This was my first time visiting Japan, so I am not familiar with the average sizing of rooms / apartments, but it was just the size I needed travelling alone. Nice neighborhood, very very short walk to the Nakanobu Station. Very inexpensive, and fit my needs. 

I was under the impression there was only 1 double bed, but I was pleasantly surprised to see beside it was another pull-down single bed that could be used. The kitchen area and supplies including the microwave, although I did not have the chance to use them. I didn't use the clothes washer either but was a plus to have. I really liked my balcony view. Not too busy of a street, but interesting enough to stand out and watch when I first got up for the day. 

The bathroom was small to me, and my friends who I had over agreed, but it was doable. Water pressure was great in the shower. 

Wifi was no problem, steady and adequate connection speeds. Other people claim that the lower floors did not have good reception but I did not face this on the third floor. 

The staff was very nice, however the man who checked me in did not speak English. This wasn't an issue though, checking in was very straight forward and he was very kind. 

Will definitely check up on the next time I'm in Japan.

Just what I needed: Innexpensive and close to the train station!

I was here because of the nearby College of Arts. But the place is convenient for Tokyo sightseeing as it is close to the station. In a neighbourhood with affordable prices. The hotel is very simple (as the price already indicates). The bed in my double room was rather small: 120 cm with one side at the wall. Too small for a couple. The master cards of me and my colleague could not be read at the desk. ATM adjacent, so no  worries.
