Grand residence Nakameguro is a great place to stay.  There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets located nearby and the station is an easy few minutes walk.  It is only 1 or 2 stops from Shibuya depending if you get an express train. The staff were friendly and although they don't change your linen for short stays they were happy to give fresh towels if requested.  We stayed in a 2 bedroom and also a 1 bedroom apartment during our 6 night stay and both had a kitchen and washing machine.  Some 1 bedroom apartments are only Japanese floor mat rooms and don't have a kitchen or washing machine. We understand they are self catering but a few tea and coffee bags on arrival would be appreciated.    Wi fi is free and worked fairly well.  The location is good with easy access to a good train line. 

Great Location

I spent four nights here. They are apartments where you can cook, take a shower and feel like home. They did not clean it, but they gave me towels when I asked them for more. The staff is friendly, although not all of them speak English (the woman who was there in the morning could communicate in English easily ,but not the rest). However, they were always ready to help us with a smile.

The location is good, close to one of the stations, and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I will recommend this place!

Good apartment in a good location

The Grand Residences Nakameguro offer a budget hotel / motel for those who are looking to stay in the relatively pricey Nakameguro area.
It can be hard to find decent accommodation in Nakameguro for a budget price, so if you're looking to stay in this area and aren't too fussed about the quality of the property and are just looking to check in and hit the streets shortly after, then this place is for you. This can especially be the case during Sakura / cherry blossom season.
Service levels are probably on par with say, a motel with staff provided no frills service and they don't speak English well.

Pros:
- Price (you can stay here in Nakameguro for ~USD$100-120);
- Location, being in the heart of Nakameguro and about 3-6min walk from the train station 
- lots of space in the rooms relatively speaking (for Tokyo) 
- apartment style accommodation (full kitchens) with about 40-50sqm

Cons:
-service level is no frills / budget / motel style 
- the rooms are connected / tightly constructed and divided by partitions so it can be noisy
