Hotel Maruchu Centro 

Good clean no thrill value lodging. The staff are friendly although their English is very, very limited so be sure you have google translate handy and loaded with Japanese text input so they can respond. Just a place to crash but had individual mini fridge, tv and even a shared microwave and very clean/updated shower, sink and washroom. Quiet road except for the occasional train sirens but nothing a good pair of ear plug can't solve. It's literally 5 minutes walk from more than one subway lines and near the station are convenience store, a good ramen/chahan shop, a Danny's style restaurant and a Mcdonald. To get to the hotel you do have to go up and down a cross-over however there is elevator if you're carrying luggages. The 7/11 is also a block away and does luggage delivery right to Narita (give 2 days to be sure). This represents excellent value while provides privacy without having to share room in a ryukan or capsule type place where there's less privacy foe you and your luggage.
