-The communication was quite impossible, the owners speak really few words of English and they never replied to my emails. The only english information around the hotel looked like written with Google translator.
-Despite the owners are always smiling and kind, when I asked for a shuttle bus for going to the station in the morning while it was heavily raining, they just told me 'shuttle bus starts at 3' (it also looks like they didn't have so much to do at the moment cause there was nobody else in the hotel , they denied us a small favour since by car the station is just 2 minutes away). 
- The room was pretty dirty: yellow stains on the floor and wall, and a old place smell 
- the futon was pretty thin and not so much comfortable 
- men's toilet looked like train station's toilet 
- about BATH: we chooses this Ryokan only because it looked like we could do private baths in their onsen, actually i couldn't do a reservation. 
There are no showers in all the structure , and the only way to wash yourself is to use their traditional bath/onsen. The problem is this bath was disgusting, dirty, I felt I couldn't touch anything around me, there was old soap stucked on all the floor, the water in the onsen had seaweed inside and floating rust. Really, impossible to use it. And finally , you can use this bath (so wash yourself ) only in certain hours during the day, and no later then 22 in the evening. 
-even if this is a onsen city where you are supposed to go around the baths in the city they didn't provide us a towel for dry ourself , if we wanted one we had to pay (without even the possibility to take the towel outside of the Ryokan)
-we asked for a earlier check in (just on hour in advance) but the girl ignored our request, so we just left our baggages. 
-the geta (traditional clogs) they provide were worn
-is not possible to pay with the card 
-For the money I paid honestly I expected some minimum services that I didn't received.

Disgusting

A 10 minute walk from the main street and the onsens, but it is situated in a quiet part of the town with a gorgeous view of the riverside. I stayed for one night in one of their traditional room without the dinner option. The check-in process was simple and the proprietor and hosts were attentive and very kind people. They provide a yukata, towel, toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, hot water and tea, and offer a shuttle service between the hotel and the town center. The girl who drove me there was on time for pickup and dropoff even when it got really late. She was also helpful in tackling any problems that came up in the room.

The bathroom and the toilets are communal but very clean. The entire building is very clean and very peaceful.
