津駅より徒歩5分程度のところにあるビジネスホテルです。津駅周辺には他にもビジネスホテルがありますが、それらと比較しても安価で宿泊できると思います。外観・内装ともにシンプルな造りで、周辺には飲食店がそれ程多くないことから夜も静かで、快適に過ごせると思います。津駅周辺にはコンビニエンスストアが複数件あるため、食料の調達に困ることはありません。
各部屋のところどころに古さが感じられるものの、清潔に保たれています。バスルームは他のビジネスホテルと同様に狭いですが、古めかしさは一切なく、他のビジネスホテルと比較しても快適に利用出来たポイントの一つだと思います。
その一方で、客室フロア及び各フロアの部屋の数と比較してもエレベーターの数が1基だけ、というのは少ないように思います。宿泊しているフロアに到着するまでに時間を要することもあるため、時間に余裕をもって利用することがいいと思います。
客室への入室は、カードキーではなく金属製の鍵を使用します。客席フロアへのエレベーターの昇降にカードキーが必要、ということは無く、そういったホテルに慣れた人では、セキュリティ面にやや不安を覚えるかもしれません。

This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Tsu Station. There are other business hotels in the Tsu Station area, but I think you can stay here at a lower price compared to them. Both the exterior and interior are simple, and there are not many restaurants in the area, so it's quiet and comfortable at night. There are several convenience stores near Tsu station, so you will have no trouble getting food.
Each room is clean and well kept, although it looks old in some places. The bathrooms are small like other business hotels, but they are not old-fashioned at all, and I think this is one of the points that made the hotel more comfortable than other business hotels.
On the other hand, the number of elevators seems to be small, only one elevator compared to the number of guest room floors and the number of rooms on each floor. Since it may take some time to reach the floor you are staying on, it's a good idea to allow plenty of time for your visit.
To enter the guest rooms, metal keys, not card keys, are used. There is no need to use a card key to get up and down the elevator to the guest floors, and those accustomed to such hotels may feel a little uneasy about security.

We stayed one night at the Grand Court Hotel in Tsu. We would travel early the next day, and staying close to the train station would be a great option. We were in three people. I found the room tight enough to accommodate us. But it was clean. Bathroom clean. Nice atmosphere, executive style. The amenities were all in the front desk, and we could take as many as we wanted, including teas and coffee. I wonder if here in Brazil...

Small rooms

First of all the staff are amazing. The are always try to help and find a solution and not excuses. Always kind and helpful. Naoki Kawamura the best manager so far should be the same quality manager everywhere in the world. And at least the room the rooms are  so comfortable. so i just can recommend this hotel.

best of the best

Room is bigger than the usual budget hotel in Japan. It is quite clean and every floor has different themed room! 
Most of the customers are Japanese. It's quite rare to see foreigners in the hotel. 

I was quite surprised that they provide ironing board and even hair curler! But you will have to take it outside from the corridor and put it back in place after using it. 
The hotel also provide buffet breakfast. 

The staffs are not able to speak in English but still tried very hard to answer our questions.
