Excellent room, all new.  Breakfast was a little thin.  Coffee was okay.  We stopped late and took a chance, it really paid off.  Very friendly staff.  I'd stay there again.  Pool area not available due to renovations.

We checked in really late but the instant you walk in it smells like they just got flooded. It smelled musty and nasty. The rooms were worse and the sheets felt damp. We only stayed maybe 8 hours but starting the night we checked out we both became horribly sick. Since we have not been able to breath well, dizzy, fatigued and upset stomachs. I've called twice to speak to the manager but he's conveniently out of the office for a week. 

I also learned they put our room under a wrong name and won't tell me who. It was reserved under my Wyndham account and my guest paid with his credit card....but the room isn't under either of our names. Seems really sketchy and not safe!!!

MOLD POISONING!!

A male answered, I asked for Jason back and the individual stated that I had the wrong number. 
Very rude and then hung up the phone before I had a chance to ask about any hotels in the area. The number I have is accurate, according to the website.
Based off the reviews I can completely see why, looks like a crisis was avoided.

Was Calling to Book an Event

We spent one night there...bathroom sink would not drain, ice maker would not work, noticed the next morning there was what looked like dried blood on the bottom of the sheets.  The outside  lights for the parking lot are turned off later in the night.  The TV would not work in room.  Just not a good place to stay...would not recommend this place.

Noisy hotel. Don’t recommend. Horrible management. Would go across the street. Bad customer service. Read through the reviews and really wish I did before I stayed! Realized this place is just taking people’s money!

Worst hotel experience

Horrible family owning this hotel. Taking people’s money. Me and my wife stayed last month and it was so Noisy! Couldn’t get a good nights sleep! Asked to get a return or switch rooms and wouldn’t help us and just freaked out on us. Not good customer service.

Go across the street

Worst hotel experience ever. Would not recommend. Wish I stayed across the street. Reading over the reviews now and wondering why I didn’t check first. Rooms smelled musty. Poor quality linen. Needs upgrading and very thin walls!

Loud

Really noisy hotel. Worst stay ever. Would not recommend. Asked to switch rooms and couldn’t be helped. Was told they would handle the noise but nothing changed. Bed sheets and towels poor rough quality. Room smelled musty. Needed 8 hours of sleep for a long drive but only got 5. I almost left in the middle of the night. 25 people partying outside my room, people running up the stairway so loud, kids yelling in the hall and slamming door over 30 times across my room. DONT DO IT! This is the first bad review for a hotel and hopefully my last. Also is it common to vacuum rooms at 4:30pm? I thought they are supposed to be finished with house cleaning at 2. At least get the vacuuming done before then. People stay at hotels to get rest.

Don’t do it

Pulled in around 2am got checked in and went to the room. No water. Went to front desk and they said they had a leak and would turn it back on for a minute for us. Water never got hot so we just “whore-bathed” and laid down . Woke up around 5 am to get on the road and still no hot water . I called the front desk to ask if they had a room with hot water. The guy mumbled something about it being “to early”! I asked him if 
We could get our money back, and they should have told us at 2am that they were having water problems!!!  He hung up on me!! 😁 But other than no water...well actually nothing good about this place. Never would have stayed here and pAid  $99 if they would have been up front about the water issue!!! It is old and stinks but we figured it wasn’t going to have the clean smell...but damn give us some water or let us go down the road!

Sturgis rally

This was not a $100 room by competition comparable. The continental breakfast had very few choices and nothing warm to eat. The building has new carpet and paint but is in need of mechanicals. The shower faucet handle came off in our hand, the AC was too noisy to sleep with and our door had no number (103) and was hard to find. The front desk was unattended at 11:00 P.M. with a note to dial the desk phone which took in excess of 5 minutes for someone to show. The  pool was closed, its door covered and signed not to enter.
