A very nice clean hotel with a great breakfast and very good rooms . The staff was very helpful and friendly . It was not directly in the city centre but for us it was perfect for our trip in Amman and the area . It was modern and very nice rooms the next door restaurant was great to have . We really enjoyed our stay there

A great little hotel in Amman

The family operated hotel is located in the city center (which means there is noise from the busy street but the relatively good double bladed windows reduce that).
The building was build by the grandfather of the owner and is cosy. The rooms are clean and the interiour very nice and well maintained.
Absolute highlight is the rooftop where breakfast is served and where you can relax all day!

Nice and cosy family operated city hotel

We spent 3 nights here in March 2024.

Pluses:
1. Rooms are lovely, recently renovated, and not at all what you expect when you enter the "lobby."
2. Lovely rooftop terrace where a small buffet breakfast is served
3. Breakfast is included
4. Fast, free wifi
5. Clean
6. Mini fridges in room
7. Very kind, helpful staff
8. Walkable location to all major Amman sites (Citadel, Amphitheater, Hashem Restaurant)
9. Lots of outlets

Minuses:
1. It is loud. One side of the hotel faces a very busy street with honking taxis 24x7, the other side faces a VERY busy valet parking lot, with attendants yelling all night.
2. It is not secure. They have a security door at the base of the stairs, opening to the busy street; a sign says "keep door closed," but it was almost always open.
3. No housekeeping unless you request it.
4. No kettle in room, though you can get hot water, tea bags, and mugs for tea 24x7 on the roof

Overall, I am neutral. The rooftop terrace is a huge bonus- I would recommend just for that.

Guesthouse on a very loud, busy street- but with a great rooftop terrace

Recently stayed 2 nights here in the double room with balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, but quite small and the bathroom also quite compact, but it was fine for a short stay. We arrived late and the staff were very welcoming. There is a lovely rooftop terrace where breakfast is served and the location is ideal, very close to everything in Downtown Amman. Good budget option, if I was staying any longer I would have preferred a larger room but otherwise everything was great and I would certainly stay again.

Good budget option for a short stay

The hotel is in a great location, in the heart of the old part of the city, so you can easily visit all the sights. The staff is very friendly. The room is a decent size and very clean. The breakfast is excellent and is served on a beautiful terrace.

Great hotel

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and friendly

It is not actually a hotel and of course not what they call themselves boutique....
It is really a small hostel sort of pension style for people that can not afford a proper hotel.
We spent one night and was money wasted. Next day we went to a proper 3 starts hotel for the same price.
We had an issue and they did not wanted to give us some help, no to go into details.
To sum up, many many options in Amman for same price.

Small Hostel not worth it

Great location in the heart of Amman, walking distance to the markets and restaurants. Everything you need (including ATMs, pharmacies) is literally a few minutes away. Ali and the rest of the staff (Alladin, lady at the rooftop kitchen) are genuinely friendly people and made our stay really pleasant. We started and ended our Jordan trip by staying at this lovely boutique hotel.

Memorable stay in the heart of Amman

Charming hotel with cozy rooms. Room and bathroom were very clean. The air-conditioning in the room can both cool and heat. Location is both good and bad. It is located along the main street of downtown Amman with great places to eat and shop within a few meters. At the same time, there is loud music and karaoke singing nearby till  11pm on Thursday and Friday. A pity as it is a nice hotel with warm hospitality and a cozy feeling. 

Cozy

The place is nice and clean.  The owner is very accommodating and friendly.   Booked a single room with a twin bed and a private bath/shower.

Bed was generally comfortable, and the AC was awesomely cold. No towels for the shower but I used a clean sock and shirt and hung to dry - no problem. 

The rooftop is a cool spot to chill and watch the street below.  Grab some food then head back here to relax and eat.

The location is in the perfect spot - right in the heart of the old part of town, with plenty of shops and food.  Very safe to walk around and plenty of tourist as well. Tons of places to buy all your local wares and trinkets and most places take credit card, but cash gets you best deal.

A few stores down from hotel is a general store - cold drinks, food, toiletries, etc. Similar to a CVS in the states.  Plenty of currency exchange places, especially on Talal street. 

Tons of good food in the area - quick grab and go and sit-down spots.  Recommend "Al Quds / Jerusalem Restaurant" a quick 5 minute walk.  Very popular spot for the classic Mansaf dish. Does not take card and the meal with a soda and a bottled water was 8JOD and was a large portion.  Quick and fantastic. 

Jordan Museum, Citadel, and Roman Theater are all about a 15-20 minute walking distance (30 minutes from museum to theater). Rainbow Street is a 10 minute walk away.  Plenty of taxis to take you to everything for 1-2JOD if you want, but walking the streets is an experience.  

Uber to the Airport from Hotel was 22JOD.
