We stayed in Almaty Hotel for 4 nights. We were very happy about our choice. We stayed in the new renovated Superior Deluxe room. It is very comfortable with excellent sound insulation. The hotel is still in renovation, but we have not heard any noises in our room. I feel it is a privilege to stay in this historical hotel. I enjoyed reading the history of this hotel. The location is another huge bonus. It's centrally located in the historical center surrounded by many nice parks and restaurants. Tip: we booked our stay directly via the hotel website. During the booking, we could indicate our check-in and check-out time slots which was very convenient since we had night flights. The room rates were automatically adjusted due to our early check-in (at 03:00 in the morning) and late check-out (at 23:30 in the evening). We don't mind to pay the extra room rates as far as it is transparent and clear. It was very comfortable to be able to check-in directly in the middle of the night and can have a late check-out.
