What was good

The hotel staff is very friendly and open to supporting guests.

What was bad

The hotel is located in one of the poorest city districts, surrounded by a ghetto. My 2 y.o. baby vomited on the bed and I had to change the bed sheets and wash the floor myself. The hotel hadn't provided any cleaning service when I asked for it. Besides, they even skip regular cleaning.

Great hotel, the nearby swimming pool (entrance and towel included with hotel stay) was amazing - I came for a week, and returned the week after.
The breakfast team is amazing, enjoyed every one of them thanks to the staff.
Free tea/coffee/cakes during the day.
What was bad
The surroundings are extremely dangerous, and there's nothing to do around the hotel.
Internet could be better.
