The hotel is in a great location with superstore Magsum right across the street opening until 11pm. Also it is close to all major attractions The room is great and the bed is comfortable. Just sometimes the water in the shower can get hot or cold suddenly when you gently touch the faucet handle. However, it is no big deal. Front desk staffs are great. They are polite and well trained as well as super efficient. Room cleaning is also good. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Overall it is a great hotel and I will stay here again if I return to Almaty next time, for which I will.
