When I arrived early in the morning, the 24hr reception I read about was closed. So was the front door. Staff never apologised for that, but were well friendly during the rest of my stay. I got to check in around 9am at no extra charge. The rooms are very quiet and dark at night.
Locationwise, it's not bad if you're taking bus or taxi. Walking anywhere will take you a while.
Staff speak no English, but they do seem to care about your stay.
Toilets were very clean, showers a little more run down. But still pretty clean. Kitchen is very basic, but also clean.

Very local feel, friendly staff

Very, very difficult to get any advise, tip, touristic info in English. Despite a very good website in English (so we booked this hotel hoping to get some English speaking staff at reception, the website looks dynamic and international, but not the case at all) despite having some touristic brochure info in English. 

We booked a double room, well priced, clean, but no space at all, ca 6m2 (sic), too small surface, no shelves or cupboard for clothes or luggage. The worst and strange thing to take into account: there was no window, therefore no fresh air possible in the bedroom. Luckily, we could switch to another bedroom, who had a small window. However a broken curtain was not well covering the window, and the daylight could come easily in the morning. The phonic isolation of the bedrooms is inexistant. The separating walls are very thin, too fine.

Bed slats were always unstable, and went down a couple of times! (It is cheap Ikea style bed, with a too fine mattress).

A drawback: as a couple, we could not use the bathroom, we had to split. My wife had to use for the toilet and the shower,to go upstairs each time... not convenient at all. In addition, her bathroom had no aeration at all, nor window, so bad smelling stay always present in the shower. 

And also not enough capacity for the bathrooms and showers compared to the number of rooms.

There is no common room in the hotel, where we could meet and socialize with other tourists and clients. Clearly lacking. 

There is also a nice washing machine service. However Wifi is very slow, and unstable.

Location is good only if you use and connect by buses. Otherwise, it is a kind of a suburb, located in the middle of the city.

Staff is friendly, despite no possible communication.  They helped us well to book a taxi to the airport in the early morning. 

Price wise, it is very good. And hence our evaluation has taken it into account in order to raise our final note, thanks to the kindness of the staff, otherwise we will have put 2.

Private rooms are available, and the dorms are certainly packed in. Quite tight, not really enough room to comfortably fit everyone with a backpack. Showers are manageable but the floor of the men's bathroom was very wet most of the time. Also, sometimes the lights wouldn't work, to which the manager shrugged apologetically. Makes it difficult when you arrive on a late train. Wifi is good.
