We stayed at Sheraton Astana from August 23 to 24 with our son and husband to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we really appreciated the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and very helpful, which made our stay feel warm and welcoming. We were especially touched by the lovely anniversary surprise: local Arba Wine sparkling wine, a “Muzart” gift, and the most delicate Napoleon cake. It was such a thoughtful and delicious gesture that made our celebration even more special. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We were also lucky to have a beautiful city view from the 10th floor. The SPA and children’s pool were another highlight, especially for a family stay. Our son really enjoyed it, and it was wonderful to have a place where we could relax and spend time together. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was delicious and there was a great variety of options. Overall, we had a lovely family stay and are very grateful to Sheraton Astana for the warm hospitality, attention to detail, and wonderful anniversary experience. We would be happy to come back again! ❤️
