It's a big plot (paradise) located in the south of busy Nairobi. This might be a bonus when going by taxi to Karen Blixen museum, the Elephant orphanage or the airport.

Apart from the guesthouses there is a big ecological garden (for fresh vegetables) with ducks, goats and even two cows. The very friendly staff will show you around if you're interested.

Nearby is a busy market street to the main road. Nice for a stroll.

Room furniture is kind of nature design. Bed was the highest and biggest ever, but good to sleep in.

Breakfast and warm meals were fresh and good.

Nice quiet spacy plot

A nicely hidden gem. The room has a rustic feel but spacious and warm. The quiet was welcome. Breakfast was filling and fresh. We walked through the garden and it was fun plucking fresh fruit from them.

Quiet and homely

The location of this place is first of all be prepared.Its located in a hidden suburban but the sounds of singing birds will wake you up.The food is nice and the staff very friendly.Recommendable for tranquility.

Moderate nice

Booked the 2 bed apartment for 4 nights and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing and my daughter loved the fact she could run in and out of the apartment and into the garden.  The children that were around were friendly especially one little girl that came to the apartment to play with my daughter.  It would be great to see the place again especially when they build the swimming pool and restaurant they are hoping to build. 

4 yr old daughter loved this place 

We stayed here near the end of our time in Kenya and it was a calming, peaceful refuge. The accommodation was very spacious and had a beautiful balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. The food was expensive (but you can negotiate) but the portions were huge. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was willing to help us out in many ways (laundry, storing our bags, negotiating prices on meals and laundry). The only downside was that Uber drivers took a little while to get there (15 min) but they all found it. I would stay here again!

Peaceful, beautiful and spacious

In the mid of the dusty and busy town there is an oasis which is called Karen Little Paradise.

Immediately after arriving we felt relaxed. The atmosphere was calm, friendly and safe. We were greeted by the attentive and  welcoming manager and staff.

We had a standart room which was clean, beautifully decorated and had a hot shower with reasonable pressure.

We liked the place so much we came back to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere again.

On the down side the dinner was overpriced (a standart Kenyan food for 15$ per person) although reasonably tasty.

Now a very important message to the clients and the manager. The steps that lead from the bathroom in the standart room are VERY DANGEROUS!!! After taking a shower one of us slipped and fell on them injuring the back. The injury is serious and I wish no one has the same experience!
I strongly urge the manager to fix some fabric/rubber stoppers on the steps asap! 
If you are a client, please, be causious! Do put the towels on both of the steps leading from the bathroom.

Paradise indeed

We spent two nights here in July and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a little bit hard to find but with the help of Google maps. It’s not really in Karen but it’s ok where it is.We had a beautiful double room with shower room that is very nicely put together,tv with lots of channels  and the rest of our family had an apartment with 2 bedrooms a sitting room with Kitchen area and an amazing balcony. The place is a small holding with farm animals and products being grown this is separate from the rooms, it’s very friendly atmosphere along with lots of little places to have drinks and food. Everyone we met was very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. We really enjoyed being here and will come again next time in Nairobi. Oh and good breakfast.
