Basic clean and reasonably priced accommodations. 

Not super quiet, as near airport and around lots of local activity. But not disruptive noisy. We slept well. 

Has a restaurant on site. 

Wish it had AC.

24 hour desk so late arrivals no problem. 

Nice staff, very quiet and polite.

Very good service and very clean

What you see online is far far away from the reality.
All the pictures are “arranged”. The true of description and pictures is 25% from.
I have booked there because I had to stay in Nairobi for one day, due to my connecting flight was next day in the morning.
If you choose to stay in down town be aware to reach the airport you need 1 ½ hour (may 2 hours) because in the morning 07:00 – 09:00 and afternoon 16:00 – 19:00 the traffic is very crowded.

Be Careful!

Booked in January 2018, confirmed shuttle transfers with them a few months after booking. They did not turn up!! Airport staff sorted us a taxi out, we gave the print out i had of the address to which he drove to (took about 20 mins). Staff on the gates had said there is no hotel. Myself and the taxi driver called 3 different numbers, non of them connected. Subsequently we were stranded, fortunately the taxi driver knew of a few other hotels he was able to find the numbers for. He called a hotel closer to the airport who had availability and took us there. I will be claiming a refund, nothing but a scam on unsuspecting travellers!!!

BE WARNED!!

They wait till last minute to cancel our accom and then recommend another much cheaper hotel. Instead of both way free shuttle, we had to pay for a return shuttle of USD10. This is a scam so that they can make extra from booking us into a much cheaper hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

my stay here was a nightmare and nothing in the pictures or the brochure is true!!!its like sleeping on the roadside in Nairobi. The location is just horrible and very annoying surrounded by pops and many liquor store. for a safety point of view, it's not a safe place
