This whole site needs to be updated as it is no longer a hotel and many facilities listed are no longer available. The whole building is now merely a set of suites with self catering facilities. The one bedroom suite that we occupied was adequate for a short stay and the whole site was clean and secure. We also found the staff polite and helpful. 

I Reserved this as a long term stay for my husband while we're awaiting the immigration Visa process.  In the beginning it seemed as though it would be fine, but it didn't take long for the staff and owners to show their true colors.  The staff was rude to my husband, called him stupid, and incredibly worried about his personal life.  They accused him of making noise late at night when it was a group of Nigerians have a party in an adjacent suite.  They were constantly asking him questions about what he did and why he didn't go to work daily,  I've have a terrible taste of Kenya and it's "people" after this and three other experiences.  He constantly had to ask housekeeping to clean the suite, despite it being included in the monthly fee we paid.  Again, I will NEVER recommend or stay at this horrible place.  No American I know would put up with the blatant, bourgeois, holier-than-thou attitude of these people.  They have a great deal to learn about customer service.

RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS

The month of may comes with Nairobi's best weather. however you do not have to wait for may to sample the may-weather experience at twice the hotel. If you love golf, they provide the golf bag and transport you to the golf course.

Mayweather suites is an elegant guest house catering for the discerning traveler.
