I have reviewed SeaWhispers several times before.  It's always fantastic. Though I'm not staying there this time (we now own a property) my fiancee and I went for dinner. It was as superb. Fausto, who is operating SeaWhispers, has brought a proper Italian Chef from Italy and the food is incredible and very very reasonably priced. I've eaten at virtually all the establishments in Watamu but I can honestly say that the food at Seawhispers is, without doubt, the best. Really fantastic and great value. Staff are attentive and smartly dressed. Top marks. 

Wonderful food.

Great and relaxing atmosphere at Seawhisperes inn. Stayed 5 nights and it was awesome. 

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice, clean and with a fan. Good wifi in the rooms as well. 

Only downside was that the restaurant didn’t have much to choose from (maybe because it was off-season, or maybe because of lack of tourists due to covid), and the breakfast was a little too pricey in my opinion - so I did not have breakfast included.

Cozy little place close to central Watamu street and beach

On a 3 week trip in Kenya this was by far the best hotel. Spascious and clean rooms with a fan and a good mosquito net. Close to the beach and several restaurants. In addition, the staff is lovely and helpfull. All the best from Denmark.

Best hotel in Kenya

Stayed at Seawhispers for 3 days. Simple, affordable, clean and pleasant rooms. The greatest asset though is the staff! Great, friendly service from Collins, Esther and Shimami. The staff were very helpful and helpful in choosing interesting bits from the largely italian menu.
The restaurant is airy, quiet and can be a beautiful to get some work done.The wifi is fast and free
I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

We initially booked three nights but instantly extended our stay, since the location was great and the rooms were beautiful. The staff was welcoming, friendly and super helpful! This is great value for money and close to all the bars and restaurants in Watamu.
We would definitely recommend to stay here!

Great stay in Watamu

This is a great location, very close to both the beach and cliff line. The price and value were very good compared to others in the vicinity. However, the English of the staff members was challenging, and we were often not understood. The wifi connection was very poor and could only be accessed at the lobby.

Great Location

Myself and Christine stayed there for a week (*arriving from Nairobi ) during the February half-term break. We found the place absolutely first rate. The rooms were excellent, and a fantastic location near the beach, and of course the beach bars.. Hospitality was absolutely exceptional...we really can't wait to go back again. I truly recommend this marvelous place... A fantastic experience...

A superb place x

Stayed here for a week and can not fault it! The staff are absolutely incredible and very helpful! Location is very central to both the beach and the village where you can purchase everything you could need!! The quality of Seawhispers far exceeds those in its price range! 

Amazing!!

I stayed here for a fortnight over Xmas 2018 in Room 6. I have stayed here, and reviewed, this place before. It is absolutely wonderful and the Owner gas made further improvements since I was last here. It is without doubt the greatest, value for money place in Watamu. Very very comfortable, incredibly clean and the Staff are just great. The rooms are simple but spacious enough and very comfortable and the rooms are cleaned and made everyday. Good mosquito nets, ceiling fans and the furniture has had a nice makeover since I was last here. Room 6 is quiet and, with the ceiling fan on the lowest setting, very cool.  There is free Wi-Fi throughout with a booster to reach all rooms. There is a beautiful lounge,which is airy and cool, with big comfy sofas, tables and chairs and large TV.  You can order a freshly made coffee, there is a drinks fridge with water, sodas and beers at incredibly reasonable prices and a lovely Terrace to sit out on and watch the world go by. The Owner, who is so helpful, wil arrange transport and excursions/safaris if you wish. It really is a great place to stay, 150 yards from Barracuda beach and close to all the main restaurants etc. Don't be put off by the cheap prices, this place, realistically, should be much more expensive given the facilities, cleanliness, staff and rooms. Yes, you could stay in one of the huge, luxury hotels but then you're not really experiencing Kenya. SeaWhispers - this is the place to stay if you're in Watamu and looking for great value. Absolutely wonderful!
