The rooms are very confortable and clean and the staff is very welcoming. 
You can also enjoy a very nice view from the rooms. 
Highly recommended for families and even friends gathering. 
Great location, close to Faraya and Faqra.

Excellent hotel

Amazing hotel! Nice hospitality and great surrounding! Peaceful environment. Highly recommend it.
The staff was very welcoming and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Located five minutes away from the busy streets of Rayfoun/Kleiat.

Oakland hotel experience

Authentic Hotel, u feel @ home, very nice team and so helpful.
The hotel is located in Avery calm area, but very close to the center of Rayfoun and the restaurants, just 5 MN walk.

Rayfoun Stay

The only star goes to the main entrance of the hotel as it has a beautiful garden.
Other than that, it’s sad to say that the level of cleanliness is extremely below average, the hotel consists of two floors of rooms the rooms at the first floor aka (the old rooms) are extremely Dirty and I’m not talking about renovation. The second floor has the new rooms, but still our room had an extremely bad smell coming from the sewage.

Extremely Dirty 

We had to book two rooms in the renovated floor for one night on August 17th with the family to attend a wedding in a nearby place for my relative, we lived a terrible night elaborated as follows:

- my room No. 202: hot water comes only after 8am. Mini bar was out of order. Poor cleanliness, one key for the room was provided to us.

- my children’s room No. 205: after getting back from the wedding, they found live BUGS on the beds, my son took a Video to the bugs showing the room in that video as well for the proof. they called the reception, no one was there except of the cleaner who refused to come to the room to attend to the complaint.
Next morning, I reported the incident to the reception girl who called the owner for me over the phone, I explained him the issue mentioning that I have video for that, but regretfully he denied all responsibility that there are bugs in his hotel hinting that am fabricating lies .

Result was that my three children had to sleep that night our and relative rooms because that issue.

Also there was no attendance of waiters at all in the breakfast room next morning.
Front office girl was not professional at all .

Simply our stay was a nightmare and felt humiliated by the Hotel in-spite that we paid a high rate of 120 Dollars per room/ night to receive such a service.

Wonder how such Hotel is licensed by the touristic authorities in Lebanon, the country known as a pioneer in Hospitality and touristic industry.

Sleeping with Bugs

Me and my partner paid about 90 USD for a double room, 1 night stay and were taken back in time. As the photos on Tripadvisor suggest the hotel rooms to be modern, clean and up-to-date, you could be fooled. A standard room is far from that, it's worn out and old. Cleanliness was acceptable though, so good for a 1 night stay if you need to be in the Faraya / Rayfoun area, if not, I would recommend you to drive a few miles further.

I was invited there for lunch on a Friday. I had never heard of the place and was surprised at how nice the hotel is. It looked like it was recently renovated with taste and a theme in mind. The focus is on natural materials, the marble floors were gleaming, a nice wood trim was everywhere. All the fixtures looked new and modern. There is also an old Lebanese arches foundation on the first floor that is a marvelous space for functions. The staff were attentioned and cordial. They have a great customer service attitude, and would take care of young and old as well as pay attention to the littlest needs and details. We sat on the outside covered patio. The food was out of this world. Two notes; the fattoush was made with incredibly fresh and flavorful local ingredients. The moghrabieh was one of the best I had (my mom's is the absolute best without bias). They pride themselves on homemade flavorful cooking and rightfully so. I can't wait to return and maybe rent a room for a night.

Hidden out of the way gem of a hotel

It was our first visit and probably our last. Upon our arrival, the rooms were cold as ice and there was no hot water in the bathrooms, which by the way, were not very clean. The service was rather unprofessional. The only good things about this hotel were the location and the spacious rooms. Overall, our stay was unpleasant. 

Horrible hotel! Each time we go... there is a jacuzzi problem .. and each time they tell us it's the first time !!! And we pay for the jacuzzi each time...  the staff are not friendly and they don't help the clients ! The breakfast is horribleee !!!!  And there is no manager to refer to ! They always tell the clients the hotel is full and only one room left and when we check in the rooms are empty! And that's not all, the room is expensive for such a terrible hotel !!

Terrible !!!!

Very beautiful place to stay & relax. went for 2 nights with my family. Rooms have panoramic views specially suite , breakfast was copious . Located in a place surrounded by oaks , quiet town & very helpful people .sooooo nice walking around in the neighborhood . Lot of restaurants nearby and transportation afforded by digital taxis who were also very helpful with acceptable fare. This is the first time where I have excellent wifi and for free. The two negative things were the curtains that don't work properly &the cleanliness of the rooms ughhhhh.
