Rami Hotel is the best gateway for a family .
The service was amazing. The place is so elegant with an awesome vibe, delicious food. Plus, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Loved this place and can totally recommend it, ideal for those who want a family gateway .
This place makes you feel at home. they accommodate any request that you want .

Overpriced food with no taste. The operator is friendly and helped us a lot. When we called to order and checked their menu on the internet as the operator asked us to do. We ordered up to 4 platters. First of all the order arrived cold . The prices were not the same as the internet and the food was tasteless.  We started laughing and wished that we have ordered from a snack not an hotel it would have been better.We all understand the economic situation in lebanon but these prices are overpriced !  The food quantity in the platter is poor as well. We ordered a kafta platter that came with 2 pieces of kafta and a side salad and fries only !! everyone knows that with the kafta we put hummus and onions and at least bread !!

Good food...local but also international. The rooms are clean and worm. Also the personal are very kindly. They are happy to help you with everything you ask them. Hope that I will have the opportunity to visit them again also during the summer.

Starts with an extraordinary, professional Staff .. Family owned and with GREAT pride. Very clean with GREAT value .. Authentic, traditional  delicious Lebanese food and very nice accommodations. About 45 minutes from Beirut up in the mountains with extraordinary views. Luis, Therese and Maria could NOT be more accommodating treating us like family. I can only give this hotel the HIGHEST recommendation as this is a complete HOME RUN .. Thank you Hotel Rami .. Luis, Therese and Maria .. We will be BACK .. The Hoffmann's

Great Value Great Location Awesome Staff

The hotel is located 3 mins away from the center of falougha. It has various sections , starting with the coffee shop,wedding venue, outdoors.
The foodis great.
The place is recommended for friends and family visits.

We ate at Rami Hotel last night.  The staff spoke excellent English and were so attentive.  The food was divine and the potions generous.  The wine was fabulous and the view of the sunset from the restaurant was amazing.  I could not fault this restaurant if you are travelling from overseas and you want a taste of authentic Lebanese food with helpful staff to explain it to you, this is where you need to start.

What a great hospitality and amazing food this hotel has. We enjoyed our family vacation at Rami Hotel.The breakfast was rich and very tasty, lunch was excellent and professionally prepared, and staff was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to be back!

Family Vacation

I have traveled to many different places and stayed in several hotels but nothing compares to this one.
I was really impressed in how gopd the service is.  Every person working in the hotel goes above and beyond for the comfort of the client. I was very happy I stayed there.
That's without mentioning how clean the rooms were and how good the food was.
