Very good service, pool is nice and clean. Their sandy beach is also nice. Too many lifeguards around. Food is yummy. Their  bungalows are nice but def needs maintenance from inside. Internet is veryyyy bad. Parking is very overpriced. Staff are friendly and helpful. All in all we had a good stay but they need to work more on reaching a 5stars resort level.   

Nice place but needs some maintenance

Very bad experience ! Very bad service! We had one night reservation: the receptionist is unwelcome and the place is too old with a worse service ever! When you arrive the security check is worse than your official exams! They do it in a terrible and disgusting way! You can't get your stuff with you and if you did you pay for everything 1$ minimum charge! You bring your shisha with you and you pay for it as if you're buying from them. The food is toxic, we got poisoned and we told them as if we didn't say anything! The room smells very bad as well. 
You pay the price of 5 stars resort for the worse experience, not recommended at all!

Don't even try it for your holidays!

They didn’t allow me to swim in the pool as a female who was wearing a swimming short(zoggs) & all men were wearing swimming shorts in the pool. 

What is the point behind that. What is their concern. 
If it is a swimming short. They allow you to swim worldwide & even in all five stars resorts. 
Closed minded. 

Unrecommended place

Our experience at Pangea Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional from the moment we arrived. The service began impressively with their efficient and courteous valet parking, setting a high bar that remained consistent throughout our stay.

The spaciousness and well-appointed nature of our chalet left us speechless. Every amenity one could desire was thoughtfully provided, making for a comfortable and indulgent stay. However, it was the breathtaking sea view that stole our hearts, adding an unparalleled sense of tranquility to our experience.

A highlight of the resort that deserves a special mention is their expansive pool. The pool was as spacious as it was inviting, providing a refreshing oasis where we could unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather. Surrounded by tasteful landscaping, it offered the perfect blend of leisure and aesthetic pleasure.

The resort's service was top-tier, with a staff that was consistently friendly and attentive. Each interaction made us feel both valued and at home. And let's not forget the food - every meal was a culinary delight, pleasing to both the eye and the palate.

Our time at Pangea was a beautiful mix of fun and relaxation, offering an ideal setting for a family getaway. The charms of this resort have made such a lasting impression that we're already planning our return. Unforgettable Luxury at Pangea Beach Resort

The place was good before. it became overpriced and it is in not well maintained. Only one or two pieces bikinis are allowed the seats are so dirty The pool was not clean. And the employees are rude Unrecommended place!  

extra fees for everything even if you order food from outside specially (broasted chicken not allowed at all)  . and not allowed to bring with me any drinks due to the hotel rule 👎🏻or you should pay on anything you have .

Beautiful location, Pangea Beach was a surprise.
 The staff was friendly & cooperative especially as upon arrival my room smelled of smoke & no WiFi at all.  Changing to a smoke free room with some WIFI ( Internet in Lebanon at the time of my visit was a disaster and weak) was super quick. Rooms where super clean & even the side view rooms had some sea view.  
The premises was supernice with a combination of pools & beach and clean, bathrooms on premise always clean
Breakfast was a good quantity served from 830 to 11, with friendly staff. 
The VIP pool beds were free of charge for occupants, while the lower pool & beach were for an extra charge of usd 5 or USD 10 depending on size. The staff around the pool & pool bar where friendly & supportive. 
Happy to have spent time here ..

Detoxing by the Sea

Its not a hotel, its the worst place to stay.
Unclean without any hygiene place and  Cockroaches In the rooms & around.
 
Staff were terrible they don't care about guests and doesn't know their job.

I refused to stay once i reached there and see how is looks, so they promised a refund for my pre booked stay, but no refund processed from three month ago, even i tried to call them so many times but still keep informing that no refund will be processed, although they agree initially to do !!!

Really wondering how such a hotel and stuff are exists.

Avoid this hotel, its a miserable place to stay in.

Reserved a private villa with a pool for almost 5 days they don't change bed covers all our stay. We went to bring macdonald from outside the resort they couldn't let us get them in but instead they put them in a tray and get them to our room for 55,000 l.l. room service charge. I don't recommend any one to visit this place it's waste of money and disgusting place. Plus no maintenance everything is just old walls need to be fixed. They even have no gardener to cut the grass maybe to save money. They take ur money without giving u the least amenities possible .
Think twice nd third b4 choosing this resort.

Disgusting !!!!!

We reserved a private villa for 5 days/4 nights we were only four persons me my husband nd 2 kids.my two brothers came for a visit they didn't let them in without paying entrance fees. Although as we all know that in 5 stars hotels abroad nd in lebanon they welcome any guest coming under ur name. Unprofessional management. Teshli7 masariiiii all the way naseb w e7tiyel 3l 3alam .

Worst service nd place ever worst breakfast ever .
It's not worth the money spent no quality service.
