Wc dirty and unpleasant, the owners were asking for cash even though it states that accepts credit cards. Would not recommend to anybody expecting minimum standards. Avoid at all costs.
The place oriented to get more cash from their customers for bad services.

Unpleasant place and owners

Awful campground, we fled after one night. They crammed in caravans, campervans and tents so that no one could effectively leave, there was only one toilet and shower per gender and it was dirty and overcrowded. Only a cold water facility to do dishes, next to the chemical toilet dump. Disgusting. Photos make it seem you can swim from the beach but it's actually a murky swamp.

Terrible campground

Didn't book, just arrived. Car and a tent was €20/night. 

Simple site, space, quiet, nice restaurant. The bird sanctuary is about 2k down the rad and an easy cycle. 

Restaurant is fine, nice simple food, beers etc. Seats inside and out. 

If the weather is good you are guaranteed a great sunset

Nice spot, quiet, simple and has the ferry to Nida

We came across this campsite accidentaly, it wasn't planned and we hadn't read the reviews: big mistake. Firstly, the cost is too high for what is offered: 15€ for two people and a tent, without a kitchen available and with dirty and poor showers. From a certain time on, every light goes out, there is not even a lamp that indicates the way to the bathroom. In the last note the Wifi is free only near the restaurant, elsewhere there's a fee. Strongly not encouraged!

A big ''NO''

Stayed in a wooden hut for three nights. Full of bugs! Under the beds,  in the shower, on the walls,  running across the floor! You here them chewing up the building at night. Absolutely horrible. Price was extremely expensive with 60€/night. We wanted to leave after the first night but unfortunately we had paid for 3. Refund was not possible though it was nowhere mentioned (when we left he had added this info).One message: Stay away!

Horror Huts

Wanted to have dinner with the family Sat at the table outside and were asked to leave because we had a small dog.
The first and only place we ever encountered where one can't sit at the table OUTSIDE with the dog.

Unfriendly

I stayed at Ventainte for the weekend. The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds. The shower is ok but I was bothered with poorly running toilet water. The place itself is very nice. However, didn't see a good spot for swimming. The area (at least in May) did not have a beach where it would be easy to go for a swim. You could find places to swim but the beach was full of sharp shells. 
You also have to take into account that the famous Vente Cape is almost 2 kilometers away from the place. So you have to walk or drive to the place (and pay for a parking). 
The restaurant is very nice. Not the most fantastic food but the atmosphere is very nice with wonderful view.

Pleasant stay and good food

We didn't stay here but just popped in for lunch. We both had a salad to start which was very ordinary and then for the main course the vegetable pot which seemed to be a seletion of almost raw vegetables in a thick cheesey sauce, not a good meal at all. The waitress wasn't very friendly and the whole experience was disappointing.
