We went4 people to the restaurant. 3 people were eating Sushi Train . I myself preferred to eat à la carte. I got the cart but still after more then an hour and also after one call, nobody came to take my order. At the end of the story the 3 persons finished to eat so I left without being served. The restaurant is not to be recommend due to it bad service.

Horrible service

I wanted a hotel near the main routes through Luxembourg and close to Luxembourg City. The hotel is located in the busy main street of Foetz  with free parking. Room was large warm and comfortable and an excellent en suite. Best was the very good restaurant serving Chinese and thai food.

Bad points - I consider the place to be overpriced for what we got. The beds were hard. There was no tea/coffee making facilities. One of the rooms had a full-size fridge while the other room had nothing. While the accommodation was clean, overall I was very disappointed. The hotel is also in the middle of a retail park.  The restaurant was predominantly a 'take-away' and only sushi on offer.  Fortunately the ere is a local supermarket with a superb restaurant beside it - The Factory Grill Bar.

Good points - Hotel was fairly easy to find. Breakfast was basic continental.  It was next door to a supermarket and a delightful Grill & Bar a brief stroll into the Retail Park.

Basic accommodation - quite disappointing

Arrived about 19.30 after a long day driving to be told that there was not a room available for me as they had double booked. They did manage to get me a room at another hotel nearby as they had to do as I had booked through booking.com, but then I had to drive to the other hotel to check that it was satisfactory then back to hotel dao to pay as the alternative hotel was more expensive and they had to pay the difference. Not what you need after a long day travelling Would not book here again.

DOUBLE BOOKED

Spent 2 nights here and ate in their excellent resteraunt.  The hotel is a small part of the resteraunt side but nevertheless very friendly and good value.

Our room number 7 was near the resteraunts, large, quiet, clean and adequately fitted. 
The hotel is on a large retail shopping site with a huge Cora supermarket etc.

The breakfast was included in the room price and included good coffee and good reasonable componants that you might expect for the inclusive nature of it.

Excellent value Hotel

Annual staff dinner: 40 people; reserved & preordered our dinner choices 1 month ahead. The service was horrible! Some before-dinner drinks had to be ordered 4x before they arrived. 2 Vegetarian plates arrived when everyone else was finished eatin, plates were collected in cantine-style(platter set on the table, plats collected & wiped clean before stcking them), and the main course bowls were set on the table before some had their plates or/and cutlery set. The appetizer soup was burnt and obviously tasted horrible. The main course consisted of various dishes, all of which tasted the same. We had to continuously beg for water and wine,  only to recieve 1 bottle of each for 40 people!  Needless to say: I will never return and never recommend this place.
