We booked for our family day a year before, yet the service was so bad. The rooms were not ready..had to wait till late evening. I accidently left a bag full of toilettries, called the staff to keep the bag. Once i came bag, the toilettries are gone!

Poor service ,bad attitude staff!

We are not a customer here from we arrived until we checked outhey is no service from the staff here. Reception go for customerservice trainingWe get our towel at7.30pm after 3 times our kid ask for it .dont ever check in with breakfast bcause u wll feel very dispointed worst ever 9am they food left over only.I though this resort is for their staff n family only wasted my money. Management u have a good location nice view please make it better

Nice view worst staff

I stayed here for a night on April 6th 2019 because we had a function nearby.  It was the most horrible stay. Firstly, aircon was noisy. Took some time to cool the room. When I came back to room at 1130pm, I saw a cockroach in the room as I entered.  Lo and behold. I saw 2 more in the room. One came out from under my bed. It was horrible.

Stayed a nite on 6th April

I don't know what's the problem about cancelling the booking and this staff keep whatsapp me and message my phone number when I was working. (Usually I switch my phone to airplane mode when I am working). And this staff telling me then “let's see where you wanna run away” and telling me I have no working etiquette, no manners and all those things. I worked in FnB line also, and I know that I supposed to pay on that date, maybe your manager or the driver  angry at you, but please, you are just making it worse by sending me those messages and ruining your image. I hope the resort will take a proper action about this, if this person ever disturb me again, I won't hesitate to bring this to court.

Rude staff

First came the frontline person lack of smile and eye cntact. please train your staff what is hospitality. Corridor dirty, so many monkeys,got toilet bowl and construction staff at the garden near the room. Checked in hv to change room coz water from roof leakage made the room wet. Got new room full of cockroaches makes the water smell like them. hv to boil water using water in bottles. Having dinner there with colleagues...hv to leave early with prizes then a girl staff saying out loud that i still can hear dapat hadiah balik. Hello did u buy me that hadiah girl. The food ok. The staff at the food counter for breakfast is polite. extra is just for the beach.
