The best and very comfortable and the enviroment is nice and the costumer service by Natasha is so good excellent, i will be coming here again, she is nice and beautiful, and so friendly, this is by far the great hotel in penang, thank you very much

Natasha is the best

My reason for selecting this hotel was its location. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping mall, as well as the well-known Penang Road. When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, but Amirul, the staff, gave me a free upgrade so I could get some rest right away. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. All I can say is that the room is comfy and clean. They just offer the most basic facilities, although the power shower was good. Remember to pack your toothbrush. Overall, we had a nice stay and will definitely go back when we visit Penang again.

Good choice for hotel

the hotel is located in the heart of the city center, most things are accessible by walking. And it’s clean

Affordable and good location

Im came to hotel yesterday, and met natasha as receptionist. She is very helpful and good attractions. So me and my parents decided to stay in this hotel for 3 nights.

Thanks for natasha because helped my father give all detail information. And the hotel is very clean, the room is clean, and the bathroom is small but clean

The location is strategic near food if you want to find food for every time.

Staff is good and clean room

Hotel staff are very nice service with a smile, most specially to Front Desk Ahmad, who check us. He was very helpfuly and accommodating. I wiill recommend this hotel to friends who want to vacation in Penang

I really like to stay here because of i can see the Comtar Tower from the room mirror.. also the room is quite good and comfortable.. the service is very good.. and the front office named mahirah is very respectful of the guest.. her smile is beautiful and very quick on her work.. 

The beauty of Tune Hotel

This is my first time going to Georgetown Penang and This Hotel, Tune Hotel was giving their best despite just being a budget Hotel. Their Reception, Dyon was very friendly and gave me a clear explaination throughout my stay in their Property. Their Room also are clean and the bed is very comfortable and Soft. To sum it all it was all great experience and definitely gonna return for next year vacation.

Affordable Stay with Good Service

Well for the first time I came here, I think this hotel was unique, because it has loby at 2'nd floor because its under construction.
But when I get the room, I am so sad because it's not as good as my expectaion, I try to change the room and fix something at me and my family room and they fix it so fast..
After that at the evening I found there's another problem with my room and I ask for change or fix my room but, the give me the best room without any charge.. 
I think you should consider to take this hotel to stay.. the reception is so nice, Natasha is the one who help me to solve all the problem. I really need to give a lot of thanx to her..
