This is first time to rent apartment in Penang. It is located at same road with Hospital Loh Guan Lye. From outside the apartment looks old but suprisingly the inside are nice, comfort, tidy ,clean. there 3 rooms, each room provide towel. Kicthen also can be use for cooking purpose all equipment are completed include dish wash. Wifi available in good speed. washing machine also available too. Bed are comfortable. Small swimming but kids still enjoying, negative is construction on just beside the pool side and to pay cash only(rental) plus deposit rm200 refundable. to call owner before reaching apartment. others wise is is good place to stay.

family holiday apartment

good vacation home for a family or group of friends. Location was also quite convenient. All basic utilities were available in the apartment. The only thing I felt was the need for 1 more bathroom. For a 3 bedroom house, it should have 3 baths. It is difficult to manage in 2.

Excellent apartment for vacation

Very good location, lovely apartment, security guards 24hours. Free wifi in communal area downstairs. Rooms were very spacious all with air con. Washing machine also included and fully equipped kitchen (although numerous places to eat outside why cook!!) large comfortable dining and lounge area. Clean small pool. No fitness area the gym as such is closed and equipment very much out of date and not serviced. Short walk to a pay as you go gym near komtar. 

Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying here. We stayed here with the family in unit 06-03, which was clean & tidy. We came back here because the apartment is located strategically near locations for great food - just 700m from places - like Lorong Abu Siti, Jalan Rangoon, & Lorong Selamat where food stalls are abundant. It is also near Jalan Burma, another place for food. The apartment was quiet during night time, & it was perfect to wind down after a hectic day. The is also a kitchen if one preferred to cook, but, with some many good food in Penang, maybe it is not a good idea to cook. There is an allocated covered car park with the unit. While in in Penang, it would be convenient to have own transportation, not for getting Waze if traveling with family. However, we do faced a small problem with the aircon remote control in the master bedroom not being sensitive. In my opinion, in summary, Noble Villa is suitable for visitor travelling with family or group of people, need convenient access to location with good food, has own transportation, & need a place to wind down.

2nd Time Here

We stayed for 2 nights.  Large comfortable & clean apartment.  A little sparse in way of utensils for a self-catering apartment.  Location is reasonable if you don't mind walking.  Bonus having a washing machine & the use of the swimming pool.  Check in was good but checking out wasn't....!

Comfortable self-catering Apartment

1. limited car park
2. although is walking distance to middle of Georgetown, but no street light, danger
3. heavy construction just beside our stay. noisy
4. gym facility is extremely old and stained
5. swimming pool is dirty
summary: further down there are plenty of hotel with few steps you can reach the dinning place, pub, shopping mall. Why stay in this Villa?
